Great picture quality, great tv for gamers who are at home

The quality of the led for this television is awesome. The processor is fast. I went to Best Buy looking at the televisions because my 4 year old took a sister to my other Samsung TV. The television that I saw, for display, was nice but I found something better than it in the open box section and I had to get it.

Great product and easy setup. The samsung offers free channels and picture is amazing.

I like OLed t.vs but The Qn85d is a very good t.v nice a brightand looks good. If you have a living space with alot of windows, Dont worry Qn85D will be just fine. Its on sale pick you one up today.

This is the 2nd time I have had Best Buy for my TV’s the service is so good. They take time to explain all about the TV’s. I am 75 and they made it so easy

Seemed like a good investment but I returned it for price and got a Hisense … now returning the Hisense and coming back for this beast. Very good “budget” TV

I love the tv, its a huge difference from the 55" i had.

Sales person was very knowledgable on different brands of TV, took the time to explain with clarity, was sincere and professional.

I’m not too happy with this product almost every app on the TV freezes loses connection. Called Samson came out swap out board Feels like the TV got worse Spent $2800 on this TV

This was fairly easy to setup, and the instructions were clear. I was able to do it myself, but it is heavier than i thought and would be better to have 2 people lift ut to its final spot. Its connected to the wifi quickly, loads fast, qnd the picture is beautiful. I mostly watch movies/shows and play games on it. The only thing I've been a little annoyed at, is there isnt an easy way to unpair a device from the remote.

This is an amazing TV. The price is worth it for this TV. Upgraded from a non-neo-Samsung and it was a great upgrade. The colors pop and really feel immersive. The Neo QLED works amazingly in a large room. The only quirk I have had so far is the sound quit working and going through the settings switching from optical to TV several times did not work. I have a Samsung sound bar that really works well with the TV , the exception is the sub-woofer, it randomly comes on way too strong but sure how to tone that done, have not been able to figure that out. The remote takes a little time to get use to as has so many options available but you can really tailor your viewing experience with this remote. I can highly recommend this TV.
