Love it! Affordable and great picture. Can't beat the value

The geek squad arrived on time, hung the tv on the wall and was done in 2 hours. They done a great job, TV works great to date. It was a great purchase and everything went perfect.

After purchased this Neo QLED when we opened the box we found it Excellent and my family loved it.

Love think and the quality of the picture. We have the tv next to a window and always had a glare with our previous tv. There is no glare and the picture is picture perfect!

Excellent tv, greal picture quality, vivid color, enough sound

Gorgeous picture with plenty og brightness (I had to turn mine down for comfort in a darker room). The sound quality and UI navigation are also excellent.

We ordered this TV from Best Buy in late January 2025 and the sound was terrible, sounding like it was coming from inside a tin can. We called Best Buy and after much discussion, they agreed to replace the TV with another one of the same model. We received the new one on 2/8/25. Lo and behold, the sound was as bad on the new one as the old one had been. Now we called Samsung and they had us try everything they could to get improved sound. Nothing worked, so they said they would set up an in-home visit to straighten things out. To date (5/1/25) they have not called us or emailed us. Like another reviewer has said, using our Samsung soundbar is the only thing that makes this TV worth listening to. As stated before, the TV speaker sound is terrible.

It's such good quality and the colord really pop. It make's everything look so pretty.

Excellent TV..It's amazing how much of a difference there is between the 32" TV I used to have in my living room and this one..I'm still learning all its features.

Love this TV. It has the best picture and we are so happy we went with 75". We are seniors, the 75" was just the right size for my room.

Tv has a great picture and sound , no sound bar is needed ,also picture is good in sunlight you can still see it .

This television is absolutely the most fabulous one we've ever owned. We paired it with the Samsung - HW-S60D 5.0 Channel S-Series All-in-one Soundbar, Dolby Atmos and Q-Symphony. Amazing!!!

The TV purchased was fantastic although it has not been hanged at this time.

Excellent tv and service. Good packaging... could use another hdmi.
