Great picture. Great price. That’s it. From there the Samsung machine drives the experience into the toilet. Do not buy if you have an Apple ecosystem. Not compatible with Home/Siri. SmartThings menu is a piece of junk. On the Roku I can watch some Fandango with commercials. On Samsung the same shows are but/rent only. Samsung drives content down your throat. You cannot turn the TV on and have silence. Content is there screaming. No support from Samsung. Support is designed to make their customer service team feel good (let’s call this narcissistic) and leave the customer confused and frustrated (thrown under a bus). On Apple reviews for SmartThings App they kicked me to the curb offering to help by sending me a link to their support where there is none to have.

Great tv, I’ve always had Samsung tv products and works great and looks great

We ordered this TV from Best Buy in late January 2025 and the sound was terrible, sounding like it was coming from inside a tin can. We called Best Buy and after much discussion, they agreed to replace the TV with another one of the same model. We received the new one on 2/8/25. Lo and behold, the sound was as bad on the new one as the old one had been. Now we called Samsung and they had us try everything they could to get improved sound. Nothing worked, so they said they would set up an in-home visit to straighten things out. To date (5/1/25) they have not called us or emailed us. Like another reviewer has said, using our Samsung soundbar is the only thing that makes this TV worth listening to. As stated before, the TV speaker sound is terrible.

Love think and the quality of the picture. We have the tv next to a window and always had a glare with our previous tv. There is no glare and the picture is picture perfect!

Gorgeous picture with plenty og brightness (I had to turn mine down for comfort in a darker room). The sound quality and UI navigation are also excellent.

TV is fine, picture is amazing. The screens are overcrowded with choices, hard to find what I’m looking for.
Remote is tiny, easy to misplace, but we are adapting.
