You can never go wrong with Samsung TV’s but the art feature on the frame TV elevates this from other TVs. Instead of a big boring black rectangle on your wall, you can have a nice looking painting instead!

I bought the 75" Samsung Frame and love it. However the software has enough bugs to make me think twice before buying another Samsung. I spent two hours trying to connect Bluetooth devices then another hour on the phone with tech support repeating most of what I had already tried. The technician was very good but unsuccessful. About an hour after the phone call, I tried again and everything connected following the same steps I started with. The sound bar connected through HDMI ARC without issue but now the TV does not recognize the HDMI ARC connection. I found a discussion of the problem on line. There were many pages on this topic going back to 2017. Some people could get the port to work but had to repeat the process periodically as the connection would still drop out. I gave up and connected the sound bar through the optical connection. I bought a 55" LG OLED for another room and it has worked flawlessly.

Great picture! The Frame feature with changeable artwork is really cool. My only complaint is that most of the artwork choices cost some money. We're using the free choices and are happy with those.

Easy setup. Good picture quality. Buggy at times with the software.

Nice addition to my living room , Pros: Easy install with no gap mount came with tv. Colors are really vibrant. Good sound quality. Cons: Can not control external sound system , volume goes to max or low itself. Known issue with this tv , going to call warranty service to get it fix. Bezels are expensive and sold separately.

This TV is the best we’ve ever had. While there are other TVs that may have a better resolution, there’s no beating this one with even with this in mind. My husband has been wanting a new TV for a long time and was totally happy with the one we had until he showed me this one and I’m like yes, we can totally get this one! I love the art mode feature and being to display pictures and artwork. Our favorite photos to display are of course our wedding photos from 2020, which is another reason we purchased this 2020 version. Love it! ♥️ Samsung did a great job in designing this TV that both of us love and totally agree on.

We've had the TV for almost 6mths. It's a beautiful TV but occasionally has issues we're the sound or picture goes out and it needs to be reset. The price has been a lot lower than what we purchased it for, so kinda bummed about that. But overall happy with the picture quality. Specially when having it scroll "paintings"

The picture on this TV is outstanding and realistic. It is user friendly and very versatile. And when not in use, I have my own Van Gogh painting to look at!

Good picture, great options and features, but a bit gimmicky for the price. You can get a bigger tv with equivalent if not better picture for at least 1k less. I did get a price match deal so that helped. But my wife likes it so happy wife, happy life.

Tv is pretty cool. Looks like a painting. Got it on sale, so only reason I’d pay for this because you can get better quality picture for price. But again, this is a cool tv.

TV is great. We have it hooked up to a Sonos sound bar and the sound is just great. We purchased a frame but returned it. It was just cheap plastic and didn't add to the appearance, plus it was not cheap. We have have a wood worker custom make a wood frame that we can Velcro on to the TV frame. It will look better and probably cost close to the same as the plastic frames that are sold.

The picture quality is great. The only issue with the product was the volume would go up and down without notice.

This guy is MASSIVE! The whole frame aspect is slick! However, even though this TV lays flat on the wall, there still is a box that has to connect to the TV. So, even though its like wall art, you still have to have a directtv box somehow attached to it.

Absolutely love this tv. TEchnology wise, same smarts as any other tv ... but the way it blends to the environment is perfect. most people visiting have no idea we have a tv on the wall. Image is great, sound is great.

We've had this mounted above our fire place in our great room for a month now. Anyone that has seen it has to do a double take, trying to decide if it's a painting or something else. This isn't a home theater grade panel (lacks a bit in the brightness, contrast, and viewing angle, see the rtings review), but as a general TV in a living room where it can also double as an art piece it does a fantastic job. The oneconnect box is cool, love being able to move all the connections. I didn't use the included wall mount as I already had a mount in place and I haven't explored the smart TV apps as we use a Roku primarily for Emby. Cons: A bit pricey for a upper mid level panel. Also it does not include bolts for mounting to a standard VESA compliant mount. Come on Samsung! (would have added pennies to production cost). I ended up getting 35mm m8 bolts. Those with one m8 washer produced the correct length once installed through my mount.

Amazingly beautiful TV! Unfortunately I had to go back and forth to the Best Buy location three different times because they gave me the wrong cords the first time and the wrong remote the second time. It was a big hassle for a open box discount

Absolutely love having artwork on the wall while the TV is off. You do have to buy the yearly subscription for it to be worth it but if your buying this TV the subscription should not be a problem.

Got this TV for my living Room downstairs and I'm loving it the picture frame looks great the pictures that rotate makes my living Room looks like a heart work The design is sleek and beautiful
