Really wanted the no gap mounting and be able to hide the one connect box. ARC connection was a must also. Make sure you have 2 people to hang on the wall. It took me a while to figure out the setup. Be sure you have them on the same Wi-Fi network when setting up. The ART feature is a nice touch.

In August, the TV started turning on in the middle of the night. We reported to Samsung and they assigned a tech who came to my home in early Sept. This tech was unable to repair and had a follow up appt 2 weeks later. The tech arrived at 7pm and replaced two internal components. The Samsung repair contractor only sent 1 tech so I had to help the tech move the TV. Additionally, the tech did not have a one connect cable to verify the repair. This visit did not repair the TV and another appointment was scheduled for 10/16. I received a text that the tech did not have parts after I had been told the parts arrived. I have a month of downtime with this TV. Horrible experience. If you buy this TV, buy the BB warranty.
