It really does have a beautiful picture and a gorgeous addition to the room in it's art mode! BUT buyer beware!! We have had it for less than 6 months and the operating board has short circuited. We were passed from Geek Squad to Samsung to some contractor who has cancelled on us FOUR times.
We are returning this tv.

I purchased 2 tvs and have the tech program from best buy. They only scheduled for the one tv to be delivered and mounted.
I brought the smaller tv home with me the day I purchased it, but still needed it mounted.
Also when i was in the store they switched sales agents with me in the middle of my purchase so i had to tell the second one everything all over again that I had already told the first guy.

The Worst Buy from Best Buy?

The reason I have given a poor rating is because the product was sold as a totally useless item.
Although it was sold as an open box and I paid a $1000 less than new price, it didn’t come with all of the necessary parts for it to function. There was no one box, no cable or even a remote. All of these items I had to purchase from other sources that the geek squad helped me do. I must say without their expertise I would still be without my TV. I bought the TV in mid August and just managed to get it functional by the beginning of October. It should be illegal to sell a product that obviously was not complete. And then have the customer have run around and scrape together the parts to make it work. At a great cost and inconvenience. Which ended up costing more than if I had just paid the full amount for an unopened boxed product.More fool me! I will never do that again and I cannot recommend Best Buy to anyone because they should rename the store, Worst Buy!

TV is nice. Wish it had a longer life. Screen and motherboard went out at 1 yr and 5 months. $ 2000 estimate to repair

The art mode is very buggy, sometimes the motion sensor works, sometimes not, sometimes the night mode works, sometimes not. It’s very disappointing to pay this much for a TV with the art mode feature & you have to constantly change the settings to try to get it to work correctly, & then eventually you just give up. I called Samsung support several times too, the answer is always the same, reset the TV, which fixes nothing. Very disappointed considering the price I paid.

The tv it’s amazing but will be nice to get the stand and the wall mount witch where included in the order however was not provided to me,picked up at the union city location, this store don’t have a number to reach out, very bad experience!

The worst tv ever. Paid over $5,000 and literally right after the 1 year warranty expired it died while we were watching it. TV can't be repaired and Samsung will not cover it. Absolutely ridiculous.

It's probably one of the best TV I have ever purchased. Extremely good looking! It also fast responses and image quality is incomparable! You can also purchase the frames with different color separately.

Worked great for about 18 months then power started to cycle, would not work with apps and eventually would not even work with regular TV. Great repairman came out and said it would be over 1,000 to replace the parts and the labor (out of Samsung's warranty). Was great, looked great while it lasted I would not buy again.
Go online and search "Samsung Frame Power Cycling" before you buy. The one connect box and cord are VERY temperamental.
