Originally my wife thought it might be too big..... WRONG. This is GREAT and she loves it. This TV has been a nice addition to the house and we are enjoying the heck out of it. The remote is the best remote I have used for any device. It takes some getting used to and a little practice but once you get it noting is better. When you set up your TV it will automatically recognize most major cable and satellite boxes and automatically set the system to work with the TV remote. And in our case we have the Samsung sound bar with Direct TV and it all works from the TV remote. The only draw back which is slight, is that the Tizen OS (the Samsung TV OS) does not natively support some streaming services like Philo. You need to plug in a fire stick or something similar to use certain streaming services. However we have found the Netflix short cut button so easy to use that we have spent much more time in Netflix. all in all great tv and very happy.

Nice clear picture, easy setup. I wish Samsung would fix their internet connectivity issue. Here is a quick fix for the internet that intermittently disconnects: hold the power button for a couple of seconds. The tv will power off and power back on. When it powers back on it will be connected. All my tv's are series 7 and 8 and they all do the same thing. It's a shame for the tv to be so nice with a glitch like this...

I originally started off with the 75 inch Samsung… But then I went back to Best Buy and saw the 82 inch… With more features… Best Buy was more than accommodating! They came and picked up the 75 inch and dropped off the 82 inch. I couldn’t be happier with the smart TV.

Replaced a Sony 65” television. Very nice up grade. I am happy that I purchased this television but would probably have jumped up to the Q-led for the few extra hundred dollars if I did it over

I love this TV! It’s massive! Great for gaming, good color, good resolution, plenty of input/output options. Works great!

Love the television I use it at my home office for gaming it can do 1440 p at 120 hz and 4k at 60 hz it’s nice it has vrr and free sync ultimate also u can achieve Dolby plus and atmost as long as your receiver is capable I’ve owb this tv for over 6 months no issues

82inch 4K flat screen SAMSUNG! Nothing else to say Just Awesome!

So far so good had to plug it back in wants to reset it hopefully this is not an issue works great with Google and runs my receiver to.

Not too good! I keep having trouble with my XBox X & PS5 losing signal and instantly going into a total black screen for about 5 - 10 seconds out of nowhere. I’m super salty because I paid all this money for this tv to be installed on the wall as well; so I’m hoping it’s a light & quick fix.

I love it... most up to day technology. Beautiful picture. Took me a while to get used to the apps but I’m technologically challenged. Great delivery process as well. A great buy!

Love this TV! It was everything I hoped for and more! Great picture and sound! Love watching movies and playing games on this TV.

I have 3 other Samsung 8000 series and this one is the biggest. It made the 65 inch looked a lot smaller than it is. I chose the Samsung 8000 Series over its QLED because of the prize and, I cannot tell the difference in picture quality between the QLED and the 8000 Series. They are both 4K displays and when compared side by side in other stores, the picture quality is the same to me. The QLED might have features that the 8000 Series does not have but for my use, I probably will not notice or need to use them so I don’t want to pay for something I will not use. I’ve had the TV for 3 days now and I have played some 4K contend from NETFLIX, VUDU, Amazon Prime, and Google play with no issues. Of course, this is dependent on your internet connectivity. There are no issues with browsing the internet either. I’m not much of a gamer however, I played some games on the TV and it worked great. The TV sound is ok, and I guess is what you would expect but a soundbar or surround system is going to make a huge difference. I have a 7.2 surround system so no issues with sound quality. There are channels in the stands for cable management. Depending on the thickness of your cables, you can fit maybe one or two in these channels in the stands. I was able to fit 2 HDMI cables in the right stand and the power cord in the left one and they are concealed very well in my opinion. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this TV. Go for the QLED or other expensive TVs if you have the funds.

We love our tv! When it was being installed the geek squad found scratches on the tv. Advised me to call or go up to the store and get the tv replaced. Great service provided by the geek squad and we love our tv! Definitely recommend the installation

Returning the tv after a few days. Picture quality is ok. The settings are fairly limited, so getting the picture to look sharp and balanced is not happening (been trying since last Friday). The picture always has a grainy and a washed out look. Face blur is present, except on close ups and motion blur occurs regardless of any of the "anti-blur" setting. Purples, pinks and greens are way too vivid, not in a good way. They almost look like they are overlayed on the screen (see pics). They are not balanced to the other colors, it's driving me crazy! Best buy was great in exchanging the tv, they are picking it up at no cost. Unfortunately it cost me another $1,000.00 to get the quality picture that I was expecting to get from Samsung. I went for the Sony H900.

I shopped for a TV to replace the tired old 55" I had for over a year. My requirements were, it had to be at least 75", it had to be at least a 4k smart tv and it had to have a 240 refresh rate. This Samsung checked all those boxes and it's 82". The 4K HD picture quality is unbelievable. Setup was a snap. Very satisfied.
