Excellent product - great size and sale was a bonus

My husband wanted a large size screen and 4k quality. We have owned Samsungs before and he has not been disappointed. You will need to purchase a sound bar, especially to hear dialog. I recommend that you research a sound bar when you research the tv, and try to get a bundle price. If you plan on hanging the unit on the wall, make certain that you have checked out the weight and dimensional requirements. The TV updates its software every night. You can select when that happens. We have found that the TV comes on however during the update, which no one can explain.

Love it! Love it! Just love it! What else Can I say? It’s pretty heavy, I haven’t had a tv bigger than a 65” so be careful when mounting it.

I enjoy big screen TVs but this one is the cream of the crop

I replaced my Panasonic PT-AE8000U projector and 100 inch Daylite screen with the Samsung 82 inch 4K LED flat screen. Since I don't have access to 4K programming, I will compare the two TV's displaying a standard 1080P HD format. A) overall detail is approximately the same. B) the Samsung is significantly better in terms of brightness, color saturation and contrast ratio. Paying more than double the price of an equivalent 65" flat screen to get an additional 17" hurt, but being used to a 100" picture, I didn't want anything smaller than the 82". Of course I could have mortgaged my house and got a $100,000 plus 120" flat screen, but that wasn't going to happen! Can't wait for some 4K programming so I can see the Samsung really shine! Overall, I'm am very satisfied.

The screen is mammoth, and has such crispness and clarity, it's amazing! Easy to use menus, light enough to install with only 2 persons. Advice - get the free home delivery.

I waited almost a year before deciding to buy this television. My decision came down between this TV and the Samsung 75 inch Qled. The price difference is not that much between the two but I ended up going with a bigger screen over slightly better picture of the Qled. Very satisfied with my purchase. Geek Squad did a great job with delivery and setup. Bottom line, Bigger is Better!

We have purchased several televisions over the years and have been happy with them. When we purchased this television it was more than just happy, we were overjoyed to have this in our living room. What a difference it has made in watching our favorite shows. Thanks so much for a great product!

I purchased this TV about a year ago. I was very excited for the 4K and the picture looked amazing in person at the store. Best Buy delivered the TV to my home for free, which was great. The TV does look amazing in my home. The picture is great, but I think I was expecting more out of a 4K TV for this price. I looked online and found the settings I should use, but it is still just OK. I had a volume issue where I had to turn the TV volume up to 90+ just to be able to hear it. I had to call Samsung and they told me to restart all my settings back to factory, which fixed it. I have also had issues with the TV randomly dropping the WiFi connection, which is annoying when you are sitting down to watch Netflix and the TV has not connection. Overall the TV is very nice and I am satisfied with my purchase, but it is not the "blow me away" experience I was expecting for a $4000 TV.

Very clear picture. Sound quality excellent. Easy setup compared to lose television. My husband was very excited with his Christmas gift!!

Wonderful design with cable management, you wouldn't see wires here and there. Super large screen, best for watching movie. Easy to use interface with common use Apps pre-installed. I like this TV, it awesome!

This 82” is a dream for large areas. With the new 4K technology, this tv bring a new experience to watching the Big Game..

The picture is so clear! I feel like I am there. It’s super easy to set up and I think the HDMI box is a great feature.

We replaced a 90 inch projector screen (1080p projector) in a theater room, and it is an amazing improvement. We sit about 15 feet back, and it looks really great, and 4k streaming on Netflix is breathtaking. My only 'complaint' is that the pre-programmed color settings, which I have not messed with yet, have some colors that are so bright and vibrant that they look artificial on certain channels/programs. Other than that, I have not yet found a drawback to this TV.
