Actually bought two of these. The one closest to my WiFi box works flawlessly. I need to come back to Best Buy to purchase an extender to allow full functionality of the other unit.

The last time we bought a Samsung TV was quite a while ago and it wasn't even a smart TV. But we love its colors, brightness, great contrast, and problem free. We bought this smart TV and are very happy with Samsung quality, hi tech, vibrant colors and contrast. Samsung technical supports have been very helpful and always available whenever I needed.

Purchased this for a stone wall, mantle, linear fireplace install, with electronics hidden behind in a media closet. Was told by SEVERAL sales persons that the little glass remote control port on the lower right corner of the unit would allow control of Blue Ray, Denon receiver, etc. Not so. Had to buy a "repeater" that works only fair. After about 30 to 40 minutes, screen goes blank or back to "cannot find signal" screen. Hopefully with Geek Squad visit a week later this will just be a setting issue. Biggest problem, after less than 1 week of very light and infrequent usage, we now have a thin white line horizontal across the screen and a small hash mark on this line 6 inches from the bottom. Very annoying. Bought the five year Geek Squad extended warranty protection plan for an additional $750.00. Looks like we are going to need it.

Couldn't be happier with the picture quality. For a TV this size it's amazing. Dark room or totally lit up the brightness of the picture is perfect. This is my third Samsung TV purchase and I have yet to be disappointed. My wife was a bit hesitant about this but now she's totally on board. Watching 4k movies, with our Surround Sound System is "The Bomb".

Nice TV , bought 3 months ago.. love the pic, sound..only problem I faced so far was, it kept dropping the youtube app when there is power outage ..even for a sec. It won't start the youtube app.. had to unplug the power cable for a min and plug back in..netflix, amazon app work fine.. only youtube...go for it..

I purchased three of these TVs for meeting rooms at our office. The picture quality for presentations is excellent. Everyone who walks into the meeting rooms instantly fall in love with it. We got this while it was on sale and for the price point and the screen size, it was definitely the right way to go.

Watched the tv from friend and was so impressed. Don't have mine yet, won't be delivered till Nov 25.

I’ve only had this for two weeks now but this really is the way to watch movies at home. Great picture, crystal clear at just about any distance, I really love the size and quality of this TV.Geek Squad did the full set up and they did an outstanding job. Very pleased with the whole purchase

Unless you are willing to spend $20,000.00 or more for an 80" or larger TV, this 82" Samsung is about the largest TV available for a decent price and the picture quality is still among the best for this class of TV.

I love my 82 inch tv its big and pictures is good , the only thing I did not like it the speaker on the tv you have to turn the volume up high to hear it , the sale person told me to buy a sound bar ,for the price of the tv it should have came with a sound bar
