Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.impressed with this television. easy to set up. do yourself a favor and purchase good quality 4k hdmi cables. struggled a little with picture issues until i did this. and had to get the cable company to set up the cable box from 720 to 1080 p other wise television is awesome, easy to use and lots of apps and features. sound is ok but we use a surround sound system

Great Geek Squad service and great TV. Samsung all

They even setup our remotes and ran through the working of the TV. The said they would call me the next day and see if I had any additional questions. They did call back and answered some additional question. Excellent support could not ask for more. The TV is unbelievable so much better than my 3yr old Sony. We are thrilled.

Typical customer service from Best Buy in store personnel and management…..POOR. Treat you like you’re a thief, even after you’ve paid online, and shown ID….BgTW, ended up keeping both TV’s…..LOL

We were pleasantly at the quality of the picture and will not use not only for what it was intended for but for other things. You can’t go wrong with this purchase.

I actually wanted the older version of this but the system wouldn’t let it ship to my home so they upgraded me. I’d prefer the older model with the set up I have. Prefer larger tv, I don’t want a projector.

I'm sure other TVs have some better stats on refresh rates, contrast, etc., But picture quality and viewing experience is still really great. Samsung smart TVs also have all the apps I need.
