    it came broken right out of the box, they replaced it within days, it is a great tv just love it,, it's just the right size I'm glad I didn't listen to everyone telling Me it's to big. Not atal

    WOW is all I can say about this TV. The color and clarity are great. Didnt think you could improve on the 8000 series but they have. So glad I took the plunge

    This TV has an excellent picture and the 85" size just blows us away! We replaced an older 70" TV with this and the new size is amazing.

    Sitting close is a bit grainy, but when you are able to sit the correct distance it’s great. I was very disappointed that the sound bar and rear speakers were not compatible even though they said they were. Basically I paid $150 for them to plug it in. And then I spent a lot of time trying to figure out a sound system. That was very disappointing. They sold me an older system and had the attitude of just deal with it. Didn’t care for that at all.
