This TV exceeded every expectation I had. The picture quality is absolutely breathtaking—bright, sharp, and vibrant even in a well-lit room. Movies and sports look incredibly lifelike, and the 8K upscaling makes even older content look fresh and detailed. The sound is surprisingly powerful for a flat-screen, but it really shines when paired with a soundbar. Setup was quick and simple, and the interface is smooth and user-friendly. Gaming on it is next-level—the low lag and fast refresh rate make it perfect for consoles. It’s not just a TV, it’s a centerpiece for the living room. Worth every penny.

I really love this TV! The picture and sound are great, and it looks awesome in my setup. The only issue I had was the rear speakers weren’t working at first. I gently pushed them in with my finger and got them working without needing to open anything up. After that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

An Excellent TV... 8K and I love the 85"... It works great without any issues, Remote is good and reliable. If I had to post a negative, it would be the remote, but not due to function, but rather its size... This thing is small, but performs all the functions admirably and never misses a beat. You can also purchase extra remotes, and I did that, so I could keep one on my couch and one at my desk... Besides, if I lose one, there is another one close by. I do not use the sound, but it does work well, I use an 11.2 Surround sound instead and would highly recommend if you have a big enough room... 11 Speakers and 2 Subs do require some space!

I have owned this TV for 120 days. Samsung Care is in my home now trying to find out why it has no picture. They have changed the entire panel, the power board, the display board, the OneConnect board, the OneConnect cable and numbers of ribbon cables. IF they ever get it to work, how long before one of the removed, flexed, reinstalled boards fail? They have been working on it for 2 days! I WANT A NEW ONE! I EVEN PAID EXTRA FOR BEST BUY PREMIUM COVERAGE!

I had a Samsung 8k 65” 800A that had issues and after the mother board and connect one card were replaced the issues continued. The tv was only 20 months old. Best Buy allowed a credit to replace and i upgraded to the same tv just larger. 85”. I also bought a top end Samsung soundbar and woofer to replace a 15 year old Bose 3-2-1 system. I now have an ideal theater.

This TV is *big*! The picture is gorgeous and, although I have worked in the computer industry for 60 years, I'm still discovering more and more features. It is pretty expensive, but my experience so far (two weeks?) suggests that it's worth the cost.

Beautiful picture and awesome sound quality. My only complaint about this unit is the random shutting down and restarts. This can be in the first 1 minute of turning the unit on or sometimes within 15 minutes of watching a movie

Excellent picture and slim fit to walk like the frame tv.

I like the TV, the image is excellent with good material, I was hoping for a miracle with poor quality videos but it did not materialize, it has great audio. I took one star because of the firmware, as it keeps forgetting or misidentifying the device it has connected, but I can live with that.

Geek Squad never showed up on March 7th. I waited from 9 AM to 7 PM no call, no update, nothing from BB or GS. The next day, still no explanation or attempt to reschedule. I had to follow up two days later, only to find out I had to reschedule myself. No one bothered to reach out. The earliest they could offer was March 21st another two-week wait SMH!!! But when Terrance finally arrived, he was nothing short of professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and handled everything perfectly. Terrance 5 Star!! BB n GS 1 Star This thank you is for Terrance not Best Buy or Geek Squad.

So far so good. Best Buy down grated me from the 900D to the 800D. It definitely ranks higher than your typical cheap brands out there. Love the picture. Sound quality isn’t the best without a soundbar
