If I could give negative 5 google review I would. But since you can't leave Google reviews it makes sense considering the product and level of service I received from the Best Buy located at 7701 East Chase Pkwy in Montgomery Alabama. I purchased a Samsung 85 inch tv associate soundbar, that included the mounting and install of this purchase and 2 other tv's that I purchased from Best Buy for a total of $4696.30. First of all the TV did not come with a power cord or remote. When the Geek Squad members who came that are not employed by BB and are subcontractors opened the box to advise as much they starters to go to the store to get the cord and remote. I was greeted by hands and literally had the misfortune of meeting the worst manager known to man. She was beyond rude and would not assist she asked me what type of power cord it was? How am I supposed to know its a Samsung 85 inch TV...Thats what the cord is..Long short she refused to assist through my receipts on the ground and threatened to have me escorted out of the store by motioning to the local sheriffs deputy there. I purchased a new TV IN GOOD FAITH and expected it to come complete and when it didn't I simply wanted to go by and get the power cord and remote THAT SHOULD HAVE COME WITH THE TV and was denied and spoken to like I was waisting there time. Long short. I called customer service and was offered a return replacement, why would I take more time out of my day and miss work to have a tv replaced when it's already installed? Why can they not provide a Samsung tv power cord and remote? The staff is obviously opening boxes and removing them and there is no doubt they have cords and remotes there? I cancelled my total membership and will call Samsung myself and come out of pocket further as Best Buy refuses to make right by my purchase and I absolutely refuse to ever speak with that so called Manager at the Montgomery store, nothing short of PATHETIC. Not to mention the Geek Squad guys charged me an additional $390.00 to install my TV because they said the store did not charge enough. Im over it I AM MORE THEN confident I can purchase electronics elsewhere and receive minimal customer service versus the lowest bar possible that one gets at the Best Buy in Montgomery Alabama.

Good mounting device for the tv . Tv is great and set up was easy

Bought the 85" QN90F during December 2025 Black Friday sale. First, the stand is completely inadequate for this TV. It wobbles and shakes at the slightest movement so we spent a few extra hundred dollars mounting it when we originally did not want to. Second, the picture is not clear. We purchased this TV for it to sit in a room with windows and the matte screen does eliminate glare. The picture when watching Netflix, Amazon Prime, HULU, etc is not acceptable for a TV at this price ($2500+). We have Sony Bravia 3 and Sony Bravia 9 both in the house watching the exact same programming and the pictures are crystal clear and downright impressive. Unfortunately, no matter what settings are chosen for the Samsung QN90F (movie, standard, etc) there is something in the processing of this TV that blurs background images too heavily or pixilates certain scenes or shows. Rtings.com review results we simply cannot replicate.
This TV is too big, too fragile, too heavy and too costly to return. So we are sticking with it. But we will be purchasing Sony TVs again going forward.

You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

Nice image quality but the OS is very bad, it bother me very often with annoying notifications about translation and AI features.
