The TV itself is beautiful. Fantastic picturw quality, really bright and deep blacks. Minimal blooming (but there is still blooming). The one thing holding me back is the one connect box. The TV frequently refuses to turn on. I constantly have to unplug the TV and plug it back in gor it to turn on. Extremely disappointing. Sending it back

This TV has been an absolute disaster. It frequently will not power on, and has to be unplugged for it to come on. Samsung replaced the motherboard in the back of the TV but that didn’t solve the problem. After power cycling it, it doesn’t want to play through my Bose Soundbar. I really wish I had not bought this TV. Avoid.

Loved this TV...until the panel went out after only owning it for a little over 2 years. I expect a TV to last when I pay over $3K for it. Absolutely ridiculous that Samsung will do nothing about it and I have no option other than buying a brand new TV. Best Buy tech came out 3 times to finally diagnose that the panel needed to be replaced for $2k...no thank you. Extremely disappointed in Samsung.
