Excellent as far large televisions are concerned. Picture quality is not that great. For the price is good for what I actually got

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. We have had thisTV for a few days short of 3 months and there is now a long down and across the center of the TV. It happened randomly while just watching the TV.

1. Check all input cable connections for any external devices (e.g., HDMI, streaming boxes, Blu-ray players) 2. Switch channels or inputs to see if the issue appears across all sources 3. Run a Picture Test to check for panel-related issues: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test 4. Perform a cold boot by holding the power button on your remote for about 10 seconds 5. Ensure your TV has the latest software installed: Settings > Support > Software Update

Poor led screen with uneven backlighting

Had high hopes for this tv. Unfortunately it had severe uneven backlighting, dim corners, and a row of dead pixels. Had to return it.

well I Purchase this TV like a months ago and so far i am please with the quality for and entry level TV the price is good , I like the picture the TV is conected to and apple TV 4 K (3840X2160) I am disapointed because only 3 HDMI conection and do not have a digital out but I conect a sound bar using the eARC conected to the sound bar I am please . I will recomended this TV

The customer service is great with them delivering my TV I had a problem with it when it first delivered my TV with with the third party persons but afterwards I call the store and got everything straight and the people that came out and hung my TV were great and they vacuumed and cleaned it up and I am really pleased with my television

This purchase was actually an exchange of the 2024 Samsung TV that stopped working. We replaced it with the Samsung 2025 version. We are happy with the purchase, the TV shows clear and has good sound. The buttons and menu are easy to navigate. It is user friendly.

The TV is great! It was easy to set up and has a very nice, clear picture! Thank you so much for the AMAZING Customer Service! I came to pick it up in my truck with a frozen TONO cover. 3 very helpful, very kind, & strong young men helped clear the snow and ice. Lifted the cover up enough to open the tailgate, moved things around, and safely get this 85" TV in my truck! I wish I would have written their names down, they told me, but I don't remember. They truly were great! I strongly recommend the Maple Grove, MN Best Buy! Thank you! :)

Best TV I’ve ever purchased! Ordered it for in store pick up. It was ready the next day and they even loaded it up in the truck for me. The picture is great and of course we love the size of it. Would definitely recommend!

Loud & high quality, we were going to buy a Roku tv instead but we don’t like how soft the volume is specially for a big living room, this tv is perfect for large spaces, no need to buy sound system for it.
