The TV is great! It was easy to set up and has a very nice, clear picture! Thank you so much for the AMAZING Customer Service! I came to pick it up in my truck with a frozen TONO cover. 3 very helpful, very kind, & strong young men helped clear the snow and ice. Lifted the cover up enough to open the tailgate, moved things around, and safely get this 85" TV in my truck! I wish I would have written their names down, they told me, but I don't remember. They truly were great! I strongly recommend the Maple Grove, MN Best Buy! Thank you! :)

This is a great product at a even better price. With this tv I can really appreciate movies more with color quality and sound performance. The sales team was awesome, even refunded the amount difference when the sound bar went on sale 2 weeks later. Delivery and setup was super smooth,

well I Purchase this TV like a months ago and so far i am please with the quality for and entry level TV the price is good , I like the picture the TV is conected to and apple TV 4 K (3840X2160) I am disapointed because only 3 HDMI conection and do not have a digital out but I conect a sound bar using the eARC conected to the sound bar I am please . I will recomended this TV

This entire event from purchase to installation of my 85 inch TV went well. There was a small misunderstanding of the delivery date, but once it cleared, the rest is history. Smooth and quick installation….installers were kind and professional. If I had to make this purchase again, I wouldn’t change a thing. Very satisfied!

So this was a up grade gift for my husband. He work long hours 16 hours a day and only has 1 day off most of the times which comes out to be 4xays a month. I wanted him to be able to watch his games or shows as if he is in a theater. Love the tv

I personally put this TV to many tests as the price was unbelievably good and it came out fantastic with countless options in the menu to choose from. i didn't like that it didn't have the optical audio connection.

Great TV but the customer service at Best Buy was really outstanding and really needs mentioning. I bought and paid for the TV in one town and it was picked up in another city and it went seamlessly.

Love it, went from a 2009 parasonic tv to 80inch sam crytsal. Major difference in visualization and how clear things are. Will be with this one for a long time.
