PORTABLE BACK UP DRIVE

Narrowing it down to the Samsung and availability. I'm using it as a portable back up drive. In the research I did not find a 1TB and complete package to purchase as a Portable Back up. So I purchased this and a Apricorn USB 3.0 Case. Found this information on Youtube. NO COMPLAINTS WORKS GREAT as reviews says. FYI with the Drive in the Apricorn case the Samsung Software will not find the drive. So you cannot use the Samsung software. If you're using it as a back up just use the Apricon software.
