Incredibly fast when using 32gb of ram. Added my extra ram cards and slowed down exponentially. Still incredibly fast though

I spent a few hours researching 1TB SSD, and I ended up choosing this one over the elite. The benefits vs the elite are simply not worth the cost.

I was using sandisk before it crashed so went to Samsung even though it is costly. This is much better than San disk

Pretty much the best SSD you can buy except for the Pro version. I highly recommend especially for the price.

Not a cheap product, but it is what it purports to be. Set up could not be easier. I already had the software installed in support of another Samsung SSD (NvME 960- also great) and the 850 was integrated seamlessly.

I don't leave my portable HD in my office at night or weekends, so a light drive is important to me. This drive is excellent quality and very light, even with the case for use as an external drive. Price not too bad either!

These are slighly slower than the Evo Pro line with the red marking, but they have the same Samsung speed, quality and reliability for SSDs. The warranty is half that of the Pros but still sufficient for the cost savings.

Upgraded to a solid state drive with increased memory. I noticed a huge improvement at a minimal expense.

Unfortunately it didn't do what I was hoping for so I brought it back and bought an iMac. This works great.

Really sped up my systems I installed 10 of these startup times went form about 180 sec to 30 sec.

Already formatted and ready to go for Mac. Plugged in and set up time machine and started backing up. first back-up was big so took a while, as expected. Have not used any of the software that came installed.

Since these drives have been installed there have been no issues at all. I would buy these again.

I purchased this SSD to be an external drive for my Xbox One X and it was a simple install. Faster game loads are noticeable and not once has the Xbox had any connectivity problem with it.

I used this drive to replace the one on my 2013 MacBook Pro and it works great. Quicker boot up and plenty of storage. It's like a new machine.

I have been searching for a Solid State Hard Drive for my Laptop for several years. Finally I read other reviews of the Samsung 850 EVO and bought it on Black Friday! Easy install.

Simple to install. Enclosed App allows you to directly copy your old drive over to new drive seamlessly. Couldn't be any easier. Have been using the drive for 2 months and like the access speed.

The advent of SSD drives has made ilfe a lot easier with fast Win startup and file access times. The overall startup time is 10 SECONDS!!! I am grateful for the time savings each morning.

A computer consultant friend of mine recommended this hard drive as a replacement for the hybrid I had previously put in my Macbook Pro. It runs very cool (understandably) and I love it!

Great product exactly as advertised. Definitely lighter than what I expected which is a nice surprise. Works with a mac (with the proper sata cable not included) straight out of the box.
