The 850 EVO doesn't match the Pro's specs, but it is fast.

I gave it 4 stars because it did not come with mounting hardware. I use it to store programs and files. There is more than enough space. I use a 512 GB same brand and model for my operating system and a 2-TB for my music and pictures. Once configured all three work seamlessly with my 2-TB G-Sync back-up removable drive.

Good product. It performed as expected. I would buy it again.

I went to buy a mechanical hard drive but opted for the this SSD. Out this in the PS4 pro and watched my load times get cut in almost half.

Put in my i7 home built computer for storage. Have a Samsung Pro for operating system. They both work great. Windows 10 home OS.

I installed this in an iMac with a failing mechanical drive, and it worked great ! Machine is much more responsive and starts up much faster.

This is a state of the art processor. For more advanced than others. A cheap easy way to improve the speed of your computer

Unbelievably faster load speeds over HDD. PS4 PRO turns on faster then it takes for my receiver to output sound. Amazing

I got this when my hard drive quit. Went into the store and was up and running in an afternoon.

This was requested by my son, for his gaming rig. Been in use since early December, and he has had no complaints. Which means a lot.

I've had very good service from this particular SSD model series. This is my first 1tb SSD, but I expect it will serve me well.

I used Samsung Solid State Drive for laptop. Its the best solution when you need to transfer complex applications from old HD to SSD. The only complain is 25-30% price incise for last 2 months. In the same time PNY dropped the prices for all SSD's. So get Samsung only if you need complex data/application migration!

This was a great choice, and it looks slick with my case! I use this for my steam games and another 250gb EVO for boot.

This item worth $400 was shipped in padded envelope, while $100 external usb drive was shipped in a box.. NOT GOOD THINKING

I would recommend getting a Solid State harddrive to replace your older HDD. SSD is where its at for video and photo editing.

Works great! It's like my laptop is new again. The software disk that came with it also work great cloning my hdd to the ssd.

This was a drama free installation, was able to plug it into my late model MacBook Pro and everything worked as intended.

Samsung makes the best ssd drives. I am a pc tech and had issues with other brands. I will only buy Samsung moving forward.

This solid state drive is extremely fast on startup and runs very quietly. For a high end machine this is the way to go.

Upgraded PS4 Pro hard drive, and it has served me well. Games load faster, and will probably install one on my regular PS4.
