Best Buy rep at store was very knowledgeable and helped us decide on the right TV for the room.

After mounting it in my wall and the minute they plugged it in.. it didn’t work. They didn’t take it off and told me they will replace it and it has been 5 days spending at least an hour every day to speak to the customer service who has been submitting ticket to resolved the system issue to schedule. I have been bestbuy member for a while but this experience is the worse. I just want to return it.. I will buy a TV from some where else.

Only complaint is that powering off the unit does not power it off and when apps crash I have to flip the breaker the T.V. is plugged into to get it to reset.(working to add a smart plug, but need to take this 86" mammoth off the wall to do so, kinda daunting) Shouldn't come as a surprise, you'll need a separate peaker system if you plan on hearing what youre watching.

The Tizen interface has come a long way since earlier Samsungs I own. The picture quality is pretty good and I've been impressed with how good it looks watching live sports. Overall at this point, I'm very happy with this purchase.

You can tweak the settings once it is set up to make it even better. The sound is decent but for a TV this size, a soundbar definitely complements the full experience for it. I totally recommend giving this TV a try!

I looked for awhile and this one is perfect for my media room. You will have to do some syncing with your receiver if you are running 5.2 or 7.2. I don’t play games on it so my review is from a movie and sports viewing perspective. Highly recommend.

I am way beyond impressed! I expected excellent customer relations, and received same during every phase and aspect of my contacts with Best Buy employees. No pressure. They know their product well and instill faith within customers. I highly recommend Best Buy to all.
