The best SSD DRIVE!!

Faster than my new gaming MSI laptop ,and its very fast on start-up. I highly recommend this SSD drive, it's the single most thing you can do to improve your older computers or laptops! I also installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 Home.

However, if ever second counts for you, the investment might be worth it. Another consideration is the Pro has double the length of warranty as the Evo, so that's a bonus.

If your computer has M.2 NVMe capability, get the 970 PRO as that is faster, but if not, this is the hard drive to get. Highly recommend!

The LSI controller immediately recognized the SSDs, and allowed them to be setup as RAID 5. Improved overall performance of the Server OS, with reduced power consumption as an additional benefit.

Made my PC perform MUCH faster with all tasks. I can't believe how much the old drive was slowing me down. Completely satisfied. I did a clean windows 10 install on the new drive and kept the old drive for large video files.

No disappointments or problems.
