This drive is awesome. Super fast and the computer boots in under a minute to sign in with windows 10. Everything loads quickly and combined with thunderbolt and newer interfaces, transfers from other drives are so quick!

I got this M.2 drive after a lot of research on NVME drives. It was what they compared most M.2 drives to and for good reason. I was able to price compare it with another company and got it for a great price. Honestly, it's one of the best performance upgrades I made on my PC. The software that you get for the Samsung drive was amazing for transferring my primary drive without any headache. Definitely would recommend to any prospective buyers.

Turns a PC into a different machine. Reboots are no longer dreaded, programs quickly boot, it’s almost like ur on an Apple. Samsung’s software made cloning my hard disk simple and getting the SSD to become the boot drive was not difficult. Worst part if the process was screwing the SSD into the motherboard with my fat fingers.

This was my upgrade to an NVME SSD. used it for a few months as main boot drive for windows 10. Speeds were great. U recently got the 970 evo 500gb for my windows 10 boot drive and now use this one as my boot drive for my Hackintosh. Could be any happier. Boot up time with i7-8700k was less than 3 seconds. Nice speeds! Sure wish the 1tb versions were more affordable.

Nice good working fast ssd. If you find it on sale prices can be similar to the 850 standard ssd. Works as described always had good luck with Samsung.

It boots my windows in 14 seconds vs my old ssd was 22. was super easy to install on my msi carbon pro x370. Prettyy much plug and go and setup in windows. I Used acronis true image to port over my windows install since it was fresh. way faster. Thats all i can say.. wayyyyy wayy faster. it took a whole 5 minutes since it was ssd to ssd

Load times since having this have been unimaginable. Accessing any program, movie, or game has been immensely faster. I upgraded from a regular ssd to the nvme. Operating system loads in literally a few seconds (1-2) after bios has loaded and games are just seemless with virtually no wait times on almost anything.

Got this M.2 SSD to complement my 1TB HDD on my new laptop. It was easy to install and works smoothly. Recommended!

Bought this to run Windows on and for gaming. Is incredibly fast once you get it setup and running.

This is one super fast SSD! Put it in my new Dell XPS 8930 i7 rig and am blown away at its performance. Installation was easy and while it works well with the standard windows drivers, the Samsung NVMe drivers sped it up even more. I have run a ton of benchmarks using Samsung’s Magician software and Crystal. Be sure to update the Magician software to the latest version and you’ll see the same results that Crystal reports. My only regret is that I didn’t get the 500gb version, but with a fresh install of Windows I still have a ton of room on the 250gb drive, and am using my old 500gb Samsung Evo for main data storage and the 2tb drive that came with the dell for additional space. You really can’t go wrong with Samsung drives, and they just keep getting better!

The M.2 is fast. I use it as a second ssd on my laptop. I run Zorin business and have no problems.

This m.2 drive is a beast, and you simply cannot beat the performance for the cost of this thing.
