Extremely fast but no heat issues. After this successful purchase, I bought many more Samsung SSDs (NVME or SATA), and highly satisfied with them. Two thumbs way up.

These are so fast and the cost is low excellent value. I actually was able to create a raid with two of these read speed increased a bit right speed increased significantly from 800 megabits to 2600.

I bought this for use in my new gaming pc. It is my primary drive for boot and windows. The speeds that this reads and writes are fantastic! Does everything I expected it to do. I would buy it again.

this memory didn't work for my computer as a startup drive but it worked good for a storage hd... took it back due to this stiuation... not a fault of Best buy or Samsung but of Dells fault.

Had to return the first one because it kept making my PC hang up. But the 2nd one works great and runs at advertised speeds. Definitely worth the buy for any PC enthusiast.

I bought this to install on my new Dell XPS system as the boot drive. The difference in speed is incredible. If your motherboard supports it get it. you won't be disappointed.

This is just what I needed for my laptop. I brought 2 of these & put them in raid for my gaming laptop. The speed is phenomenal I use the laptop for editing photos & videos.

This thing is awesome. Seriously like uncorking a waterfall. Swapped from a standard 5400rpm laptop drive to this. Boot time went from around 1min to 5ish seconds.

I installed this drive in my Dell laptop to replace the boot HDD. As expected, the increase in boot speed is fantastic. This is truly a worthwhile upgrade.

For the price, holy moley this is AMAZING. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who has an m.2 slot on their motherboard and wanting an SSD upgrade.

Just built a new system and wanted to try out these new types of SSD. This thing flies. Computer boots up in less than 10 seconds. So good.

I've got to install this hard drive. It should make it faster. It doesn't come with a screw for my laptop though.

This Samsung - 960 EVO 250GB Internal PCI Express 3.0 x4 (NVMe) Solid State Drive (SSD) is a game-changer! You'll need a newer laptop to be able to use the PCIe interface; recommended with the purchase of a new laptop. Ideally, use this 250GB drive as your boot and operating system drive, then add another 2.5" SATA drive or SSD for storage. Great value, although if you are on a budget you may want to sacrafce the speed by substituting a slower laptop and a drive with higher capacity. Excellent product.

The fastest NVMe at the time and their software to transfer files with ease was what got me. But pricey.

M.2 is the speed you are looking for! If you have video, game or the like needs this is dog on handy!

Buy this memory if your motherboard supports it! PCI Express is way faster than SATA 3. Load speeds are much faster than before for my gaming!

I love Samsung drives. Ever since I have made the switch from HDD to SSD, it has been amazing. Boot times are a thing of the past.

Put it into an ASROCK B250 Motherboard with 8gb ram and 7th Generation I7 Intel CPU. Boots up in 3 seconds or less. Phenomenal.

This thing is crazy fast. Anything I put on it loads almost instantly. If price isn't a concern this is where you should go.
