My wife and I much prefer top loading washers over front loading (less prone to leaks and mold) which greatly reduced the amount of washers available to us. After doing our research, we settled on this model and have found it to be perfectly adequate for us. It cleans well, the cycle takes a reasonable amount of time and it even plays a 30 second ditty to let you know the load has completed.

I love the built in sink it makes it ideal for getting stains out before washing and it can all be done at the washer. The big tub allows me to wash more clothes at once. The person that complained about the washer should get their floor leveled. It had to be that the surface was not level therefore the washer kept moving. The washer is state of the art and I love it''s look and performance.

This washer has a good amount of features...most appreciated by our family is the basin inside the hood that let's you pretreat or even just rinse your hands as we don't have a utility sink nearby. Size of the drum seems to keep up with the enormous amount of laundry my 3 girls create with their many wardrobe changes.

I love the washer. Initially I wanted the large size but in the 30 inch wide model. My laundry room couldn't accommodate it so I moved "down" to this model. It is HUGE! Clothes are well spun without damage. If there is a downside, it is the length of time for each load however I would buy it again in a heartbeat. I've only had it for a little over a week but it's been kept busy.

Finally upgraded after 10 years. Best, biggest washer we have ever owned. Wife loves it. Sometimes I just open the laundry room door and peek at it. Weird.

Love the color of washer and dryer.. Waiting for it to be installed but delivery guys were awesome. John A the salesman was awesome with all his help.

This washer is amazing, it's huge. My laundry is done in a third of the time, I'm still in shock how fast and clean our clothes get with this washer.

I HATE this washer. First, this is a replacement of a recalled washer from Samsung that was 6 months old. This one is only 6 months old and I'm already shopping for a new machine. I LITERALLY take things to my friends' homes to wash because this thing is so frustrating. You can't wash anything without it taking hours because it is off balance constantly. As I write this I am 3.5 hours into washing 6 bath towels (and nothing else). I've had to restart the machine or open and rebalance the towels 8 times already. It is large enough to hold a king size comforter, but I can imagine it would take days of continually standing over it and rebalancing ever few minutes. Even worse than this is washing light weight things like t shirts. They come out tied in knots worthy of a Navy sailor. You have to pull all the clothes out onto the floor, untie the giant knot and then dry them. This is the single worst washer, of the 14 I've ever had in my life and easily the worst single appliance purchase I have ever made. Samsung upgraded some minor things between this and the pre-recall model. However the flip down sink is cheap plastic and holds only a couple of cups of water, so hardly worth having. There is literally nothing good I can say about this machine.

Lots of room. Washes well and lots of features. Looks great.

So far the washer is performing well. Word of caution: try not to get any sand in it. We washed some shoes that had been to the beach months ago (some sand must have been caught under the insole). It took a while to get the sand out completely. We got this one as a replacement for our recalled washer from Samsung (which had also been working well).

Seems to do an excellent job! Lots of controls to master, but read the owners manual and it is fine.

Our first Samsung front loader was a dud. Went back to a top loader than we were thrilled with except that it was in the recall of washing machines that blow up. So we purchased this one in the recall program and so far we love it. The extra functions like steam and all are great. I think it actually does a better job than the recalled washer.

Great Appliance will all the bells and whistles one could ask for. Would definitely recommend to anyone

After extensive research, I chose a Samsung washer and have not been disappointed by my choice.

This washer is better than advertice. The looks are great but the selection of cyclesn ease of use is outstanding. Recomend also the dryer.

I would recommend this to everyone. The waher is huge. Recomended for those with lots of kids.
