This unit replaced an old one that malfunctioned. This unit has not malfunctioned.

We like this washer. It has many options for cycles and is easy to understand. It does a great job at cleaning items but the wash drum sometimes accumulates sand/dirt and it's hard to get out. That's our one issue with this washer. Otherwise, it's great.

This is a very large capacity washer. It is very quite and will wash a king size comforter. You need to load towels in it evenly around the wash tub, or you can get it out of balance. I have not had this washer long enough to give it 5 stars yet.

Many features and cleans clothes throughly with Sanitize feature and love the color of the washer.

I bought this along with the washing machine.. and learned that it is better then my old one.. worth for the money

This is a great washer. The sink is a huge help when getting stains out and my clothes have never been cleaner!

This is far and away the best washer that I have ever owned! It has so many options for wash cycles and washes very quickly. I love the large capacity, as it has cut down on the number of loads of laundry I do. It's a nice feature to have the sink available if I need to rinse something also.

I have waited 2 years to get this! I LOVE it! Quiet, many settings, large capacity, and looks FANTASTIC!

Second one I owned since Samsung the first one was recalled. Easy set up and super quite like my first one. Not a Hugh fan of the mini sink but I guess it would be good for someone who didn't have a laundry tub next to their washer. Over all I am happy and would recommend to anyone.

Only downside is the sink is in the way when trying to put in the soap.

I love this machine. Great for a large family like mine. Its capacity runs in each wash is excellent. A beauty but: 1. I chose the one with sink integrated into the lid and really do not use it much, 2. no matter how many clothes that wash basket moves from side to side as if he were released, 3. Buy higher capacity and is unfortunately very high for my 4'10 "tall this does need to use a ladder to collect the clothes that is at the bottom of the washer. 5. the sound made after each washing is very nice but just is heard in the distance this causes delays at each change of batch of clothes. 6.No makes optimum spin in the normal cycle and the last. I hope these suggestions help improve their brand, although I made a big mistake by not choosing Samsung refrigerator, if I have the stove and all my other goods Samsung. They are constructive comments to improve their brand, if I recommend the Samsung goods and used other brands and until today for me are the top performers.

We purchased this machine after our previous Samsung washer was recalled. We were given the option of repair or a rebate on a new machine. We decided on the rebate and chose a newer Samsung machine. So far it has performed up to expectations - as did our recalled machine.

My only slight and very slight concern is I'm 5.4 and can barely reach on tiptoe to the bottom of the barrel to get the socks and such. It is a large washing machine and can do the job of many pieces of laundry so it is worth it. There is always a step stool if needed...lol

You have been walking around in dirty clothes until you get this washing machine!!! It is the best.

Just got the machine - first week everything is going well! I'm really happy I bought this product.

The machine looks great! So far, it seems to wash my clothes just fine. It can fit large loads. It took a little bit to get use to because of the amount of time it takes do wash a load. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.

waited a while to put this review in. I had a washer that was part of the recall. Samsung was very helpful from beginning to end. I ended up buying another washer from them - very very happy with this washer. 1000x better than my recalled washer. would buy Samsung again!
