I have been pleased with this washing machine. Thankfully, it uses more water than my last energy efficient washer so my washed items actually get washed. The tub is HUGE, which is great for washing king size quilts! However, if I were any shorter (I am 5'7"), I would not be able to reach our socks at the bottom of the tub! That's alright as I wanted a large capacity. One complaint is that this washer sometimes badly tangles our clothes. I've never had this issue. Not a big deal as it does a good job cleaning.

This washer is just okay. It gets the job done. I still can't reach the bottom of the wash just like other Samsung models.

We purchased this machine because we wanted something that we could wash blankets and loads that can keep up with a busy family of 6! This machine has broken at least three times already. Parts of the engine actually falling off! The machine is so deep that I can't even reach the bottom without putting almost my entire body in the machine (wish they would have explained that when I bought it). But that's nothing compared to how often the machine breaks and we have to wait for parts for it to be returned. Will never buy anything like this again! My old machine was much better than this expensive machine.

It's been a pretty nice washer so far. Had for about a month now and still going strong. I love the Activewash feature and the self clean feature. I do not use the steam option as much as I thought I would. I absolutely hate the sink but that is because I always hit my head on it from pulling clothes out of the washer. It is VERY deep and you have to stretch a bit to pull out a sock or the very end of the laundry but this isn't enough of an issue for me to down rate this washer. My clothes come out smelling amazing and very clean. I've noticed the PODs and powder soap work best for what I need.

Got my new washer today. The crew came in and installed it for me very polite and timely manner. I have start my first load and washer is suuuuuper quiet.

Good washer, great capacity, but the sink is a gimmick. Too bad I couldn't purchase the same unit without the sink.

I love this washer, but its not great for short people- I can't touch the bottom of it but it works great and is quiet.

This washer is amazing, it gets my husband's filthy work clothes clean no problem. Large enough to clean our king size bed spread. Easy to use

I love the capacity of this washer. With such a wide range of settings it makes laundry day much more pleasant.

The capacity on this thing is awesome. But, if you fill it full, you will need 2 dryers. The sink thing is dumb, and gets in the way a little.

This was replacement for recalled Samsung. Best Buy gave us a very good deal, and this model is a very good upgrade, with greater capacity.

We purchased this washer last year and had to get another due to the recall. So we bought a new one of this brand because I loved it so much.

Machine washes clothes great, machine is just so LOUD compared to our last SAMSUNG that was recalled.

I have had this washer for about 2 months now. It does a pretty good job of washing most items I have thrown at it. There was a pair of jeans that were put through paint ball torture that never really came clean. Not sure if that's the fault of the washer. The sink portion may be a bit overrated as we haven't used it a ton yet but it is nice to have in a pinch. Aesthetically it looks great and I'm glad we paid a little extra for the non-white paint scheme.

Love the washer, able to handle large loads of laundry. Very high tech, took me a few to figure out all the buttons. Very efficient.

Love the top where you can wash your stubborn stains or fine delicate clothes. Very deep for a full load. Also a nice on presentation.

so far; washer has been great...the only issue is getting clothes out. inside is really deep

I am not impressed with the product. The machine when in wash mode is noisy. The tube is too deep, you'll fall in if you are a short person.

My wife is in love with this washer machine, and it's really deep great for king size blankets
