Beautiful machine. Does it's job

It has washed everything well and not had any problems mechanically. It makes a lot more noise than any I've had before and the bottom of the wash tub is very deep, making it awkward to retrieve items that have been washed. I am taller than average and have to stand on tip toe and crawl into the machine to get the clothes out. It also sings an entire song to you when it is finished. I haven't read on weather or not that can be shut off.
