Happy with my purchase but regardless of the size of the load of laundry I find our pant legs get completely twisted to the point that ironing is required.

I would give this a 5 star but the depth of the tub does make me hit my head. I have not used all of the settings yet, but so far it has been a great machine.

This washer will hold a lot of clothes with little effort to wash. The pretreat sink is the biggest reason to get this one, what a great idea. It's auto filling makes it a breeze to do laundry.

The pre -treatment laundry option is my personal preference allowing the water to fall into the washing machine drum and get ready for a cycle. The Active wash feature makes it easier than any washing machine ever has. The water preservation in this machine is phenomenal the normal wash cycle uses half as much water, My water bill has reduced greatly. I really love this machine and the long term returns on the investment. Front Samsung's design language is totally consistent. You'd never guess there's a mini sink under there. Great washer with many different settings. Only problem is how deep the washer is. My wife is five six and unable to get to the bottom easily without staying in her tip toes or using a step

This washer is great! We have owned it a little over a month and it does a great job at washing clothes, keeping the load balanced and removing embedded dirt from our clothes!

This wasn't the one I originally set out to buy. Much larger than a family of two needs. But I will be able to wash blankets and other large items without going to the laundry mat.

Love it just wish it would wash in less time.it takes on average about one hour per wash. Wish it would clean in 15 min.but it is very quiet.

I recommend this washer to anyone that has large items to wash. It is a really good machine with several unique washing features. Love the fact that it doesn't have an agitator.

i had originally purchased the samsung top loading washer one model down, but with the recall i decided to get the top model and i love it even more than my first washer

Huge washer that holds so much more than previous washer, only downside is if you are short you have no chance of reaching the bottom. I'm 5'7" and can just reach the bottom

This washer was a recall replacement. It has everything and more than we need to do laundry and very pleased with performance so far.

I bought this washer for my daughter to replace her old Samsung washer that was recalled. She loves all the upgraded features on it, in particular she likes the delay finish feature. She likes the sanitize cycle. She expressed her delight in the size of the washer drum. She is able to wash comforters, quilts, along with large family loads. The sink is a nice added feature to pretreat your wash. The only negative thing is that the buttons should be touch sensitive however they are VERY hard to push and activate.

We were looking for a unit that would be every quiet and this unit definitely is. We have it on the same level in the next room from our family area and its very quiet.

if you are short please do not consider this washer....it is really deep. I absolutely love everything else about the washer.

Like other reviews have said, the washer tub is pretty deep. I am 5' 10" and I have to tip-toe to reach the bottom of the tub. Otherwise, the washer has been great!

This washer comes with more features than my previous washer. I am still learning to use some of them. So far, it is doing what it needs to do to get a top rating.

After waiting months for the delivery I finally received my washer. It looks great, I love the stainless steel & I like all of the features, still trying them out.

I wanted to allow at least 3 months to pass and regular usage to accurately view such an investment. I have gotten the U6 code before but it was simply an imbalance and I ran the spin cycle through again and it was solved. I have run into no issues to date. I do not use the sink basin as often as imagined unless its a delicate garment I want to pre-treat and work the stain out with the ridges a little. So consider that and the upgraded price over going with the model without the sink. My washes come out clean when right selection are made based on the items in the machine and the specifics needed. Very happy.
