I had a whirlpool for 15 yrs. which happened to break down. My first and only choice was a Samsung. I am very pleased with the quality of wash I receive. The scrubbing basin has taken out all stains I have tried it on so far! It has so many settings I can't go wrong with any kind of load I wash.

I really love my washer! It has so many cool features, like the built in small tub to presoak items. Also has a steam and sanitizes my really dirty things. Would not trade it ! I really love my washer,it has so many cool fether.

Samsung has been having some issue lately with a lot of their product lines. This washer new feature seems to be a good idea but I wonder if it will actually be used. Also, Samsung needs to improve the detergent dispenser. it is hard to get at since it it all the way on the back of the machine

I am very pleased with this washer, it is my second Samsung, the previous one was recalled. I like the addition of the sanatize cycle, very useful for kid messes. There is a small design flaw, the detergent drawer hits the basket when filling it. Otherwise very pleased with its performance.

1) This is a awesome washer with awesome features and from a great company. 2) IT IS BIG! It fits in our laundry room; don't expect to have as much room as your old washer. 3) The included pre-wash station is pretty cool. This feature made me not have to get a basin tub in the laundry room.

Not very easy to access all clothes items with sink up and in way.

The purchase of this washer was to replace my existing Samsung washer that was recalled. It is similar to my previous unit and works just as well. I upgraded to a better model due to a Samsung out of stock issue on the lower level model. This model has more functionality and flexibility and is slightly bigger. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

this thing is top notch. its got a ton of settings, super sized, and no agitator like most top loaders. I really love it and have only had issues when I accidentally put too much in. When that happens, it just displays an error and pauses until you remove stuff or re-balance it.
