This is a great washer, a few more $ than the basic model but it is an energy star. That means we get more selections of cycles and pay less for energy consumption. It is quiet and looks great. The BestBuy team took care of delivery/ set up & haul away of old washer. I would definitely recommend this model to a friend.

After more than 10 years with a front loader, decided to switch back to a top loading machine for this purchase. Convenience of the small sink built in makes pre-soaking clothes and hand washing small items is great. Will see if this lasts for the long run.

Amazing Washer! Does everything we need it to and much more. Would definitely recommend! The Pacific Sales Team was very helpful in answering questions. They were helpful in answering questions about several features. We thank them all, especially the Sales Manager Dave and his team members Dj and Jose.

Super capacity tube, have not used the built in sink but appears to be a good option although seems small. Love the self sensing load and options of various spin cycles. Aqua jet has come in handy for towels and bath mats. Have not used the steam yet but if it operates like everything else should come in handy.

We have had the washer now for a few weeks and the only complaint we have is the weird plastic frame that clips to the lid of the washing machine when you open sometimes falls from the clip and slams down. As far as the machine goes its working great.

At 5'3" I'm too short to get the clothes out. I have to use tongs. Also to change settings you have to press so hard your fingers hurt. Other than that it is great. Love the color. If it wasn't for the setting buttons I would recommend this product.

This was the replacement washer. I do love the look and the job that it does cleaning the clothes. I do not care for the delay in the electronics. When I touch a button, "start", I'd like for the machine to respond immediately.

This is great washer. I have used my old wahser for more than 15 years. It just died on me. This Smasung washer cleans and washes clothes and beddings as the color that I ve not seen. I've also got it on sale. Only problem was the delivery was painful. Best Buy did not deliver the promise.

The washing machine is very good at cleaning clothes. The drum is large, but very deep. If you are shorter (like my wife) you may have some trouble reaching the bottom. It does not do bedding well, as it tends toknow it off balance.

This is my second Samsung washer and I love everything about it. This washer is well made and is loaded with features. It does a great job of getting the clothes clean. It spins them really well and does so smoothly with no shaking or noise like some other brands. I love this washer!

There were problems from the start. The timer was never correct. That wasn't too big of a deal, but then the washer broke within a year (still under warranty). The motor kept trying to spin even though the bin was not spinning. Smelled like an electrical/motor burning when I shut it off. I have been on the phone with Samsung & their service contractors for a week trying to get a technician out. I used to enjoy Samsung products, but this machine has ruined the company for me. Could not recommend.

Beware short people that already struggle to reach the bottom of the washer though. The sink does get a little in the way. I may need a stool. :). However, I really like the amount of clothes I can put in each load and the sink since we don't have one in the laundry room.

My families clothes are not as clean as when I used a machine with a agitator or front loader. One good thing is the machine does not get that smell as the front loaders do.

Different options for Washing Cycles and especially Steam Cycle works perfectly for business clothing. It does perfect assessment of the clothes for the wash and readjusts the cycle. Does the washing and rinsing perfectly. Overall an excellent Washer from Samsung.

I read the reviews about how deep this washer was, when I ran my first load and attempted to get my wash out I had to get tongs to get the bottom items out as its so big. If you have a large family this is the washer for you. Super happy with this purchase and price.

Got this due to a prior Samsung washing machine recall. We paid $650 on sale which seemed like a very good price. It washes my clothes and generally does a good job so for the price to performance I'm happy.

I have enjoyed this washer. It's very quiet compared to my old washer. More features but noticed that depending on the feature you choose, the time to wash can be average or a lot more time than I anticipated.

This washer works well. Lots of options make finding the right one challenging sometimes. We have found the one used most often, so we are happy. We just hope it lasts as long as our last one (Whirlpool)

Worked great. At first. Samsung support is garbage. The machine literally will just stop randomly throughout the cycle. It will fill and refill and drain with no error codes. A 2 hour cycle will take 4-6 hours at least and again, ZERO tech support. All they do is say we are so sorry for your troubles. And after an hour on the phone, they refer you to the manual. Then they want to charge you for a service tech to come look at it, but don’t worry the fee will be waived if you choose to have him service the equipment. I have had a handyman come by and even he cannot figure out what is wrong. I will NEVER buy another Samsung washing machine again. Moving on to LG.

I love it! Please be sure to wait the entire time for the machine to cycle just because you hear the beeps it does not mean your wash is done. I encourage anyone unlike the dryer. You really need to read the instructions they are pretty detailed.
