Works well, love the musical ending. However, not recommended for short people, you won't be able to reach clothes in bottom of washer. I am 5'6 and have to be on tip toes to get clothes out of machine.

Good washer for the price. A little noisier than I thought it would be and its kind of hard to get to the detergent dispenser since its in the top back. But overall I am very happy with my purchase .

I like the features of this washer more than the recalled one that it is replacing. However, it is noisier than my previous top loader that I had. It doesn't bother me at all, but it is noisier.

Worked great. At first. Samsung support is garbage. The machine literally will just stop randomly throughout the cycle. It will fill and refill and drain with no error codes. A 2 hour cycle will take 4-6 hours at least and again, ZERO tech support. All they do is say we are so sorry for your troubles. And after an hour on the phone, they refer you to the manual. Then they want to charge you for a service tech to come look at it, but don’t worry the fee will be waived if you choose to have him service the equipment. I have had a handyman come by and even he cannot figure out what is wrong. I will NEVER buy another Samsung washing machine again. Moving on to LG.

Super quiet washing cycles. So many to choose from, and I like how it evens out the loads for you and determines the water level. Less waste, more efficient! Haven't used the active wash feature yet, but it's a great added bonus to the machine.

Great washer takes a little time to get used to using large washing capacity my wife complains she can't reach bottom for small items told her to get ladder ha ha. I like the washer very much.

We have found this product to delivery on every capability the manufacturer proclaims it does. It is so presentable that we have decided to remove the louvre doors that we hid the previous washer and dryer behind and leave them exposed.

Great job washing huge loads of the dirtiest clothes without wasting water. Built in sink is very convenient, contains the mess. Dare you to come up with a cycle this thing doesn't have.

Got the washer with the built in sink, would almost prefer it didn't have this. I don't use it much and it kind of gets in the way sometimes. Otherwise I really like this unit

The first washer was not working properly so returned it and replaced it with the same product now I have to wait use and see if it is worth it and falls within my expectations.

Not being a fan of front load washers i began my search for an efficient top loader. After many hours of research i decided on this Samsung washer and have been extremely happy with my decision. Very efficient washer.

We love this washer and the dryer. We order this dual combo 1 month. 2 days before delivery Best Buy called to tell us that washer was out of stock. We were very upset with Best Buy, we spent 2hrs on the phone with him.

This washer is great! I love the many settings that allow me to tailor the wash for whatever I need to wash that day. I wish I had bought the pedestal for it, but it's really not necessary. Definitely worth the price.

My new Samsung washer is awesome. This is my first washer in 20 years. I love all the features. The pre wash tub is awesome. Everything can fit because the tub is huge. And i like the end of wash jingle at the end.

Purchased this washer after my top loader was recalled. Was a little hesitant to purchase front loader but have been happy with the item. Handles large loads easily and seems to be very quiet operational.

My favorite feature would have to be the sanitize cycle. I wash alot of dog bedding. I feel comfortable with washing anything after I use this cycle. The drum is nice and clean with no traces of dog hair.

Washer, one of the best reviewed washed on consumer report, do a great job on mu clothes, quite and spin cycle really dries out clothes and so less time needed dryer...thank you best buy and Samsung technical.

I love the washer only complaint is that I hit my head on the hand wash portion of washer when I reach in to grab the clothes. Otherwise it is a great washer!

Just got this washer last month nice didn't realize how big it really is until I put a normal size load of clothes in it. Washes great no problems so far.
