This washing machine is a great unit. Washes clothes very well. Very large capacity drum to wash large loads with no problems. Almost a year in to this unit and shows no signs of slowing down. I only have to real issues with this unit, one - very tall for a washer, to accommodate the deep drum, have to stand on something just to reach the bottom. two - wash time for loads is and can be very long. Over all a nice washing machine for the money and washes a large amount of clothes in one load. better have an equal capacity dryer.

The washer is great. Gets cloths clean. Larger items can seem a bit bunched and twisted, but they come out of the dryer perfect. The washer is a bit deep for my wife to reach the bottom, but other than having to use a small step to reach in she loves it!

Very huge. I am short and have a hard time reaching bottom but love how huge it is and can hold a lot of dirty laundry or my king size comforter.

I am very pleased with our new Samsung Washer. I like that it has a stainless tub with nice large capacity. Also like the high speed spin which takes most of the water out of the clothes before going to the dryer which reduces dry time.

This is a wonderful washer, but it's a little too deep for me. I'm only 5'1" so I have to use a step stool to reach the bottom of the machine.

Excellent purchase .... Hubby helps with laundry now since he doesn't have to think about what settings to choose. Picks the clothes type and done. Love the music instead of buzzer.... Doesn't wake the babies!! Well worth the extra$$

The only issue I have with the washer is that it takes forever to get your laundry due to cycles taking so long. Other than that works great.

This Samsung washer replaces a higher end Samsung model that to our dismay was recalled after only 3 months of reliable use. Decided to stay with Samsung as the rebate on the recalled washer made more sense to stay with Samsung since the rebate is higher. The outgoing model was quiet and high tech looking with no dials. The replacement has a single dial but retains the features found on the recalled model which is a good thing.

I absolutely love my Samsung washing machine with built-in-sink. The built-in-sink has been very useful when scrubbing and soaking stains. My fiancé and I decided to upgrade our washing machine to the Samsung after reading the reviews online and we have not been disappointed! My clothes smell and feel so much cleaner now. Just be careful not to hit your head when reaching in to grab the clothes bottom of the bottom of the washer because it is very deep and the bottom of the sink sticks out a bit.

It's a good washer, lots of features. Got it to replace the modelast that had the recall. The "sink" feature is kind of gimicky, really just gets in the way when you're trying to get clothes out. You will likely bump your head on it a couple of times, until you find the optimal position for reaching in. Not an ideal washer of you're less than 5ft tall. You will have trouble reaching the bottom, much like my wife does.

Very surprised how much laundry Can be done in one load , this machine is worth every penny . I've read all the reviews and did my homework before buying and I wasn't disappointed it's stylish big and beautiful just what my big family needs if you're still on the fence trying to decide whether to buy it or not I would definitely recommend it easy to operate and very efficient . Best Buy crew were very helpful and informative fast delivery and a very pleasant experience overall

Super quiet. Energy efficient. I like that it estimates the cycle time. Equipped with a variety of cycles. Really enjoy the prewash station for delicate shirts. Everything from the purchase to the install was easy.

When the Best Buy delivery guys delivered my washing machine I was so exciting and happy. My first time tried doing laundry, it so quiet when I turned on the machine and all the buttons so pretty. The only one my problem is... I'm average height; I have to use a step stool to reach my clothes inside of the washer machine because so deeper. But the rest is so awesome. I recommend this Samsung washing machine for those people wanted to replace a new one.

This spacious washer allows me to wash large items such as blankets. The pre-wash rack is great for stains. The washer itself is standard sized and very quiet.

We were unfortunately the owner of a previous generation of this washer that was recalled. I was able to purchase this one for about the same cost as the rebate and it is quieter and seems to do a better job with heavy loads. The bottom was redesigned a little which I think improves the wash quality. Built in sink is a neat feature for anyone without a separate laundry sink.

So shocked how much I can get in there without worrying if it was all going to get clean

Great Washer, Takes a little longer then our older May tag units, but it holds twice as much and cleans better! Nice little tunes when cycle complete, little deep for the wife but not a issue.

Love the washer. Great, efficient, and. Exactly what I needed and wanted. Great capacity, cleans well and cuts washing in half. Just love it!!

This great washing machine cut our weekly washing of clothes in half!! Perfect size and very efficient!! Saves lots of money on electric and water!! We have a new born so the basket is perfect!!

I wasn't looking to replace my 20 year old washer with this high end unit but I saved over 35% on sale so I decided to purchase it. I was able to wash 2 comforters at the same time! What a time saver. It's very quiet and has more cycles than I will ever use. Rinsing your detergent caps is easy with the Water Jet function. The only minor flaw I have noticed is the time indicator. When you start a load, the time remaining adjusts during the wash cycle. It takes many minutes longer than initially indicated. A great product overall.
