Samsung made a beautiful vacuum, it looks very nice. The vacuum works very well, it has been doing excellent job. I love this vacuum.

This is a powerful vacuum that picks up pet hair easily but it is not convenient to use. The canister does not follow easily and runs into any nearby obstacles. The attachments are all for floors. Any smaller attachments that are not built-in are optional and $90. WHAT? For a bunch of plastic? Wish that it had a power head but that is an upgrade. I paid half price so it was not a bad deal and will work for awhile but it is all plastic so will break eventually. I would not be happy if I had paid full price for this. The handle has a radio-controlled on-off switch which is inconvenient. I keep turning off the vacuum while working. The location of the switch is poor. It is battery powered so I will be removing the batteries.

We bought this vacuum cleaner to replace a vertical one which was absolutely too heavy and very difficult to manouver. We are very pleased with this canister vacuum cleaner: it is very efficient, great suction and very silent. Silent mode is a very nice feature and efficiency is great even in this mode both on hard floors and on rugs. We definitely recommend this item. The only remark we have would be that it would be nice to have the possibility to detach the crevices/brush accessory to be able to install it at the end of the telescopic tube, but that is minor.

This is a quality product, it is better served in a home with higher end carpet / floorso than my 80 year house, with original floor covering. I like everything about it except no means to store accessories on unit and I prefer a softer utility brush.

It's much easier to maneuver and use this vacuum than the traditional vacuum. the suction is great and sucks dirt well. The handle is light and is easy to move the vacuum around. i love the red color!

The Samsung is a little over engineered with lights and warnings, but at the end of the day, it is flexible, good suction and does the job quite well. Relatively easy to mover around. Happy cleaners at our house.

i use this vacuum on about 1,500 sq ft of tile. I also clean base board, raised panel doors, furniture. The suction of This vacuum is amazing. I steam clean the tiled floor but now with the use of this vacuum beforehand, steaming is much faster and easier. I don't have to change the steam pads nearly as often. I bought it at best buy.com on sale for $199.00, 60%off the regular price. What a great deal for a great vacuum.!!!

I like it. My wife loves the way it cleans the carpet all over. Price was fairly cheap thanks to best buy's "deal of the day". I was reading some reviews stating that samsung's warranty service is awful, so I decided to buy the Geek protection plan for 4 years just in case is needed. I'm giving it a 4 star rate just because the vacumm doesn't have any compartment to store the accessories included. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this purchase.

Great vacuum and very good looking it really works perfectly. My only issue is that I think that the brush to clean carpet could be a little larger... although it does the job even when it comes to clean carpet... Very satisfied....

Create Vacuum cleaner and really quite now i know how much dirt was in my carpet before.

It's a little different then my other vacuums and the directions are simple but so simple they don't explain the attachments and where to use them! Yes of course the floor but I'm talking about tile, carpet and wood floors. The one that looks like it's for carpets it's not!!! So be careful!

After dealing with a cheap vacuum for a while, I was ready to buy a top-quality vacuum. I looked at the different models and tried them out in the store. I thought I wanted a Dyson, but the Samsung model looked and felt much nicer. It has more rigid plastic, better attachment junctions, and a telescoping aluminum wand. Best of all it was on sale for half the price of the Dyson. I have been very pleased with it.

This vacuum cleaner is really great. It is very noiseless, its size is very fittable, and it also has a dust senser.
