It's been dropped in puddles, been in the rain, banged in door frames, and it just keeps kicking!!! (Do not go magnet fishing with it hanging from your pants, however!)

I carry it on my keychain so I wanted metal and not plastic. This fits the bill. So far so good. Very sturdy and so far has been perfectly reliable.
