    **Buyer Beware: Faulty Product & Poor Support** I purchased the *Samsung Bespoke 2.1 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave with Sensor Cooking and Edge to Edge Glass Display in Matte Black Steel*, and I’m thoroughly disappointed. This microwave didn't even last a week before it completely stopped working. I thought buying additional insurance from Best Buy would cover me in case of issues, but that turned out to be a waste of money as well. When I reached out for help, both Samsung and Best Buy gave me the runaround. Best Buy's customer service told me there was "nothing they could do," despite the fact that I had specifically bought the extra insurance. It seems like they upsell the insurance for bonuses, not because they actually plan to help the customer when problems arise. If you're considering this microwave or buying insurance from Best Buy, think twice. The product quality and support have been a huge letdown.

    We love the microwave, but it does not work. We keep getting an error message when we go to settings. I also don’t think the sensor cook works. It will never stop , even it the item is beyond cooked.

    No happy with this microwave either. It is very audibly loud when running more so than our old microwave. Also after just a couple of minutes of being in use, there's a secondary "vibration?" noise that activates and that is somehow louder than the microwave running itself. Not sure if it is just a vibration.

    Apparently Samsungs are designed to prevent you from using the microwave while the timer is running. The year is 2025. A company famous for electronics builds a product that can’t multitask. Is that not ridiculous? Honestly I’m embarrassed for them. I’ve never had a microwave that couldnt do that. Otherwise looks nice, was fine to install.

    I did not received item.. I am so frustrated, why would delivery driver said item delivered knowing the fact item was not.. I am tired of going to best buy and call. I need some answers.

    Very bad product. It makes noise while operarating. Best Buy made tried to make 3 replacements but 2 of them had physical damage out the box. Waiting for the 4th one to come in.

    This Microwave died less than 2 weeks after install. Now i have to buy a more expensive microwave as they are conveniently out of this one to replace it.

    So far, this microwave has been a great purchase. We have warmed up various items, popped popcorn and cooked using the sensor cook. All have worked well, and the look is fantastic.
