Not even One star. I purchased a microwave from Best Buy, and it arrived with a huge dent. When I contacted customer service, I was shocked to find out they refused to accept a return or offer a proper resolution. This is completely unacceptable for a product that was clearly damaged before or during delivery. I expected better quality control and customer service from a major retailer. Very disappointed and will think twice before shopping here again.

After 8 months, the Samsung microwave stopped heating. Not a good product. They should stick to tvs. It took them to replace 4 major parts including mother board to get it working. Now, I’ve got to get an installer to put to back up and the 1 year warranty is still ticking from the date of purchase and not from the time of repair

I've already reviewed this item twice I don't know why you keep sending me emails I will never shop at your store again you are a horrible customer service experience you charged way more money than the manufacturer charged us to get the same appliances here and you broke our appliances quit contacting me you pieces of garbage.

Samsung Bespoke Microwave, it is large and gives my kitchen an elegant look. No buttons or handle makes it look sleek with clean lines. I've had it for a few weeks and so far works perfectly.

Purchased my Samsung microwave from Best buy. It's an over-the-range microwave. Front controls. No handle to deal with. Opens from the side works great. Works on Wi-Fi. It's compatible with my Samsung range. The look is awesome! It works great! Would definitely recommend!

This is a very nice microwave, the features work very well and is very aesthetically pleasing. I like the glass, makes it easier to clean and maintain. I would recommend this.

I had removed my over the range microwave many years ago to add a range hood. That left me with a 1.3 cubic foot countertop microwave. It was never big enough. I changed all my appliances to white glass so the stainless steel vent hood had to go. The size of this microwave is just about as big as they come. I’ve only used it a few times but it does what it’s supposed to. My countertop microwave always flashes 12:00 because of regular power outages. With this new one, I couldn’t figure out how to even set the clock. It has a WiFi function but I didn’t feel I needed it. I went online and found that if it’s connected to WiFi, the clock is always on the right time. One more problem solved by buying new. I wish it had more white glass on the front but I understand you do need to see inside when it’s running.

The microwave works really well. Has multiple features. You can connect this to the Smart app if you have other Samsung products. Best to pay for the installment of the microwave. Definitely need to measure before purchasing too.

This microwave is great. It is easy to use and cooks perfectly. Compared to the one we replaced, this item is a 10. It is a very sleek and stylish item as well.
