Well it looks pretty but has electrical issues within 3 months! Difficult to deal with the manufacturer who doesn't want to discuss issue directly, they try to claim it's an issue with the outlet despite having the issue on multiple different outlets on independent circuits.
This may not be an issue for all of these refrigerators, but if their warranty response is this dismissive in general, I'd recommend against purchasing.

This has been hands down the worst buying experience. The installation team has now scheduled and then cxld my appointment seven separate times. I’m still without a fridge and the fact this survey was sent to me is ridiculous.

I wish I knew this before buying a Samsung, never.

I will never buy a Samsung appliance again. my Door Flex refrigerator icemaker failed and kept trying to fill the ice tray, it ruined my hardwood floors. Samsung send me an email saying they would cover it, however I have been bounced around from representative to representative, i have spent countless hours 2 to 3 times per week June 19, 2024, it is now Sept 3rd. Little to no communication from Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance from both my representative and her manager. When I call samsung they say that they can not communicate with this department directly, this is the specialty department that handles large claims, mine is about $13K. I keep asking for a supervisor and they always escalate and give it high priority and they promise to get back to me in "24-48 hours" which at this point is meaningless as nobody calls me or reaches out My next step is to call the department of insurance and to post a bad review daily, until my claim is resolved starting today!
On a side note: when the repair person showed up I was under the impression he was going to do a diagnostic but he just smiled and said he already knew what was wrong with it and already had the part in hand. He said this is the part that always fails. fixed it about 30 minutes
Almost forgot the refrigerator itself is decent , They did have to come out when I first bought it because of a door alignment issue. I do hate that the doors are so light that if you don't push them, they won't close, so we are constantly having to close them after the fact when the alarm starts chirping and yes I used my high precision level to check the angle as recomended by Samsung...I can't believe my Ferrari 458 Spider has been more reliable than my Samsung Fridge

Nice refrigerator with great features and build quality. But they REALLY need to reduce the height to 72". Almost all modern home cabinets are built to 72" height.
