Great refrigerator! We love the size and the ice production is top notch! The lines are very clean and we also like the water hidden behind the door!

So many positives to this Fridge. Delivery went and on time. Way more space than we know what to do with. The water picture is a cool feature for fast full-ups. Two sets of ice is nice. I’m surprised at how much space is in the freezer. Overall we love it!

Perfect Fridge. We built a new home and purchased this from BB. It is Great! The fridge is decent sized and the crisper drawers keeps produce fresh for a long time. The freezer drawer fits full size frozen pizza boxes and yes it a bin freezer so you will need to organize your frozen goods but it is roomy. I have saved the best for last, there is a beverage dispenser, what that is, is a water dispenser along with a water pitcher that stays full and keeps cold water in it al all times. In addition, in the freezer there are two ice bins. One has regular sized cubes and the other has 1/3 sized cubes in it. The large cubes are perfect for your tea and the smaller for missed drinks or sodas.

I love my frig there is so much space not only in the frig but also in the freezer. And the two options for ice is amazing!! The only thing I can say is to let the ice trays fill up or get bags to put ice in as they get full when having big groups together cause it takes time to keep up.

I love the sleek lines (no exterior hardware). The 2 types of ice are lovely, and I love the filtered water pitcher. The fact that I can add lemon, lime, orange, etc., to my water makes drinking water more appealing. I like the layout and storage space much more than my previous side by side refrigerator. I also like that I can set multiple temps for different types of food. I honestly have not found anything I don't like about it! Very pleased with my purchase. The delivery was smooth, and the installers were knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Bought this to replace our 17 year old existing fridge. This is a similar model to my parent's. I love the dual ice cubes, the in door water pitcher and the fact that you can actually fit a 40 oz tumbler under the water dispenser! The ONLY thing that I wish i could change about this refrigerator is that there is no "accelerated ice" feature. Meaning you can't put it in turbo ice-making mode. I have never had a refrigerator that you can't do that with. We use a lot of ice at our house, and i get mildly paranoid we will use it all up on a busy day with guests over. Other than than 9.5/10 for sure

Ever since I sold my old house with my fridge, I've been sad that the showcase fridge went with it, and Samsung has seemed to given up on the idea of side by sides and showcases... Then came this fridge - no ridiculous tablet hanging off it, or some gimmick that won't be used, but a "beverage center" that has a refilling pitcher of water, and access to my sodas. It's not a side by side, so this showcase area isn't big enough to have sodas for the whole family, but for me, it's great - and the kids put their sodas in the center drawer. As for the pitcher, I use it CONSTANTLY. As an avid coffee drinker, who also has an external ice maker, I use it several times throughout the day - and the kids use it to pour glasses of water quickly. Gone are the days of door water and ice, because the french style is all the rage, and you can't put a freezer inside of a fridge (trust me: the one I replaced had that, and it was the worst idea EVER - constantly freezing up to the point where I broke it, let it freeze shut, and never used it again). This design is the next best thing, with the two types of ice in the freezer, and the water in the fridge. Now on to the negative, because nothing is perfect: 1. Smudges appear relatively easy - and while they're hidden when you look directly at the fridge, you will see them when you get at an angle in the right light. Easy enough to clean, though - just a microfiber, and if the kids have goober fingers, a damp paper towel first. 2. It will scratch really easy. I have noticed some faint scratching, and I have NO IDEA where it's coming from. I think if you breath on this wrong, it scratches. Other than that, everyone thinks it looks cool, and is a great fridge. ***The installers left something to be desired, without leveling front to back, not knowing what they were doing, and relying mostly on me to do their job - all the while being unpleasant - whatever. I guess cheap labor will be cheap labor.

It is a beautiful refrigerator from inside to outside. It has an elegant look and highlight my kitchen perfectly. I enjoyed the frig arrangement. The beverage center has plenty of room not only for my beverage but also for my fresh fruits. I also love the water filter and autofill water pitcher. The only thing bothered me at first is the freezer is small. It took time to arrange my frozen food, however, I can turn off one dual ice maker to make more room for the frozen food. Overall, I think I made an excellent choice, hope it will last for years.

This is a very nice unit. The middle drawer makes all the difference. The front of left upper door has water pitcher that will auto fill. The two types of ice is great for a small glass. The unit is so quiet you don't even know its on. The unit connects to the app on my phone so I get alerts for a host of reasons. We really like this unit. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a large refrigerator. Another nice feature is you can change the panels.

Very trendy refrigerator. I like it a lot, I debated between several models and brands but I am glad I settled in on this one. Great capacity and very durable. It’s got modern features.

This is a beautiful appliance. Samsung truly thought of everything in its design and features. We love the beverage center, especially how quickly the pitcher refills itself. The fridge is very spacious and bright and the layout makes it is much easier to "find" our food somehow. I no longer hear "Honey, where is the Ketchup?" :) We also love the ice dispenser and the choice between two kinds of ice. The middle drawer has been great for deli meats, wine/sodas, and snacks. The freezer is bigger than it appears! Overall very happy with our purchase!

This refrigerator is great! It is huge so can hold a ton is groceries, beverages, etc. I like the sleekness of it, and the fact that the beverage center is hidden is a huge bonus. The pitcher allows for you to cut up fruits, veggies, etc. for constant on-hand infused water. I would give this fridge a perfect 5 stars but cannot because the ice trays (two different sizes, which is awesome) never get more than 1/4 filled. This could be due to user error, but everything else is 5 out of 5 quality!

It's a bit strange to not have handles on the door, but we got used to it. We love the beverage center and the in-freezer ice maker. It's so much easier and faster to fill the coffee maker or a water bottle now from the pitcher. No more waiting in front of the machine while the ice slowly dispenses either. We use the drawer for cheese, butter and deli items. Makes the amount of time with the doors wide open much less. Plenty of room for our other items, too.

This fridge is simply awesome! We love it, the beverage center makes it so easy to get our favorite can drink or just a glass of water from the pitcher or the dispenser. Plus the fridge is huge, more room than we needed but it so works. Don’t even get me started on the ice it makes, love it.

It is large. That is the first thing you will notice and we love the clean lines. It integrates into samsung's app for web monitoring and running the refridgerator. But we have only had it for a month or so. We are not certain of the long-term reliability of this fridge, but we hope that it lasts.

I love this fridge. It's very big and spacious. I have heard of issues with the ice maker on other Samsung fridges which is why I was on the fence when purchasing,but I think Samsung has fixed this issue because I haven't had a problem with mine. I've had it for a year and it's still very beautiful. There are no scratches on the glass.
