It’s the refrigerator we’ve always wanted. Love the autofill water pitcher, beverage door, and two different types of ice: regular and “sonic ice” as my wife calls it

This is a great refrigerator. It makes both big and small ice. It has a pitcher that you can make lemon water. The installation and installers did a great job and showed me how to work this fridge and explained everything to me that I needed to know.

Superb service by our sales assistant, Jennifer. Everything was perfectly coordinated. The refrigerator was delivered and installed by an experienced crew. We are delighted with the BESPOKE 29 cu. ft. refrigerator. Excellent value for the price.

We already bought this refrigerator once at our old home in Maine. We loved it so much we bought it again at our new home in CT. The size of the fridge is awesome for a family of 5. We can fit so much food and drink. Even full sized pizza boxes. Ice maker works great with two different sized cubes. The auto fill water pitcher was a huge hit with the kids.

Such a convenient appliance. It fits all of my family's needs, from refreshing infused water or tea, drinks on hand for party guests to chilled white wine. The ice capabilities are endless. I highly recommend this refrigerator to those who love to entertain both family holidays or weekend gatherings with friends

We love our new refrigerator. We love the beverage center, picher of water is cold and refill when empty. Very quiet when it makes ice cubes.

I love this refrigerator. I love the flex drawer as you have five temperature choice—great for sodas. I also love that the water dispenser and pitcher are hidden for a nice clean look.

This Samsung fridge has brightened up my whole kitchen. The color is fun and goes beautifully with my wall color and countertops. The Beverage Center is fabulous! Having the pitcher makes filling up large bottles or the cats' water fountain a breeze. This fridge cooled down within an hour of being installed and so far has kept everything fresh. The size is perfect for our family. The only thing that seems on the cheap side is the latch for the freezer drawer. It is basically useless and seems flimsy. The drawer stays closed fine, and can be pulled open easily, so not sure what the purpose was for it in the first place.

Looks great. Love the special features. Beverage center and a drawwhich can be both refrigerator or freezer. This model allows different color panels to change the color. The four additional panels run $400. Love it!!!

Keeps things very cold. I kinda wish the shelves had more options for placement as you cant fit a full watermelon inside but this. I was a little concerned the pitcher wouldn't fill up fast enough but its actually quite quick, same goes for the ice trays. Sadly the only complaint I have is with best buy's way of delivering things to customers. I tried for a month to get this fridge installed but they kept sending the installer before the actual unit came and the rep on the phone just could not do anything to help resolve this.

Very spacious. However it scratches easily and you have to wipe off fingerprints all the time

I love it! Instead of talking about the many great features, I'd like to be different and talk about what I wish it had, even though it's great as is. I'd like it if the beverage drawer was just a little taller so Rockstar cans, etc. would fit upright. I wish there was a 3rd drawer in the freezer or a slot at the front that would fit a pizza box, because almost all of us have a box of pizza saved for emergencies. Somehow the stainless steel seems to really attract fingerprints. Easily fixable, but the fingerprints show up really well. Finally, it would be good to have a couple other options for shelf placement in the fridge section. The top shelf is very close to the top. The bottom shelf is very close to the bottom. Sometimes, though a nice 60/40 split is needed when there are a lot of taller items.

This fridge is beautiful. It has so much space and the beverage fridge and flex drawer are the two best parts. It makes it so convenient instead of opening the whole fridge to get water. Also, the two different ice cubes are so helpful!

I wanted a fridge with ice, but not in the door as they tend to have a lot of issues with freezing. Especially Samsung. So this has water in the door, along with a pitcher that stays filled. I love it. The handleless design keeps things looking nice and takes less room space. The fridge is huge and fits everything I can imagine.
