Refrigerator is perfect, bestbuy delivered on time and the 2 gentleman were professional with delivery and installation. Took them about 15 minutes. And the Refrigerator has been flawless since we've had it.

Great fridge. My wife and I really like the large freezer compartment and the beverage center pitcher that refills itself. There’s a lot of storage overall. So glad we purchased it at Best Buy!

So far so good. We like the fridge. It is spacious and the beverage center is convenient. One, make sure your fridge fits before purchasing. We were able to make it fit, but it was tight.

Perfect refrigerator. My kids can get their own water now, i can fill up large jugs quickly with the automatic water filter, two types of ice cubes. Lots of room for our large family.

This refrigerator has so much space and we LOVE the beverage center and the two different sizes of ice. Life changing for our family! We had to wait 5-6 weeks until it was in stock for delivery but it was worth the wait. And delivery was fast and professional too.

I love my bespoke refrigerator. I get some many compliments on how much they like the fridge. It doesn’t show fingerprints. It’s super easy to wipe down. It has a self filling pitcher which is a cool feature. Simply put the empty water pitcher back in the pitcher slot & it will refill within one minute. Don’t hesitate to buy if you are thinking about it.

So far the Samsung refrigerator has been great. One month in and the family really likes how much room and storage there is. Feels like it fit double what we could in our old refrigerator.

We shopped and researched for a while. Settled with this one and are very happy! It’s been 5 months, no issues.

I think this fridge is awesome and worth it, but the installation was a nightmare, they had to take it apart to enter to the house, and that is ok, but 1st, they did not put the parts above blankets, just right there in the cement outside, and when they were trying to take the middle door, they yse power tools and they could not get it out, so i bet they damage the screw head, after a few weeks of use, the freezer is creating frost, i reach out to Best Buy but they say is samsung warranty issues, and trying to reaching to samsung is a nightmare, and it has to be a gap that the bottom door has after they put it together. So far the other part of the fridge is performing well, it is good for a family of 5. It is important to measure where you are going to install it
