Our Samsung bespoke is performing at its best so far this is our third Samsung fridge. We highly recommend anything Samsung.

This refrigerator is nice but it has the same Samsung issues. If you keep your freezer full the ice maker and top freezer tray will ice over. The only fix is to take all of the trays out and wash it down with a hot, wet washcloth and make certain you dry everything before replacing the pull out drawers.
The second issue is there is significant back pressure when changing the water filter. If you do not turn off the water supply prior to taking out the old filter and placing the new filter you have a chance of not getting it in correctly and causing a leak or a crack a part. This has happened to us twice in the 2.5 years we have had this refrigerator.
We understand how frustrating this has been, especially when recurring ice buildup and water filter leaks disrupt everyday use of a refrigerator you otherwise find appealing. So far everything is good. It seems to be built pretty well. The dual ice is great. At first it does take a bit to get going but it’s been fine since. Theres plenty of space and it’s quiet. The drawers open smoothly and quietly. It’s also nice that you have the options to change the panels out to different combos/colors.

This is by far the best refrigerator we have ever had. Although our last experience with a Samsung fridge was not good, we have had this one for over 2 months and it is great!
