Refrigerator has been working great. Love the style and function of the water dispenser and ice maker. Only critique is that the indoor shelving units are not spaced in a way to make condiment and sauce storage easy and accessible, but this is just a minor inconvenience. Definitely recommend for other buyers!

We love our new refrigerator. Moving from an old side by side fridge, I wasn’t sure if I would like a drawer on the bottom freezer. We have loved the whole fridge. It’s much easier to arrange items in the freezer and find them quickly. The scooping ice has been great we were already used to reaching inside for ice because our old ones dispenser door was broken. I now prefer scooping ice to worry about another dispensers maintenance. The paneled door we chose is the white glass, It’s a cleaner look because my old habit of fridge covered in magnets is over, they don’t stick to the glass.

Great and convenient all the storage are usable great size

Always had a side by side. Took two years to decide on this model. Can't believe I waited. Great set up.. Roomy

It is a great refrigerator, however it doesn’t fit in our small kitchen, we should have never taken the advice in the store of getting a big one. Had to break cabinets and walls. Probably our fault.

Purchased this refrigerator due to great experience with our previous Samsung refrigerator. I wasn’t sure how beneficial the beverage center would be, but it was a great added feature. The whole family loves it! Only thing to watch is the pinch point potential if trying to open the middle drawer and french doors at the same time. It’s looks great without the handles!

Love love love this refrigerator. Spacious inside, love the beverage system, super easy to clean spills, crispers keep food in good shape, and love the second drawer. Very spacious and so far we love it. The freezer is also very specious and everyone loves the two different ice cubes, a great fit for our family

We love the way we can organize this fridge vs. the larger LG we had before with four doors. It’s easier to clean and more dependable. Trying to be healthier, it’s great we can separate the chiller and have the water container for those times my family and I drink more water or add tea or some flavor to the internal water jug.

This refrigerator is a gift to my son and daughter-in-law and they love it! The small middle drawer is at the perfect height for the little granddaughters and they absolutely love having a cold pitcher of water all the time - thank you.

We love this fridge! It looks good with the clean front due to the hidden water fill and absence of door handles. Its only 4 stars because it doesn’t appear to be making enough ice. The freezer is turned all the way down and its been about 2.5 days without using ice which has only amounted to about 130 cubes. I’m currently awaiting a Samsung Rep to hopefully resolve this issue. If it can be fixed it will be 5 stars.

The water and ice features on this refrigerator were really thought through. There is a lot more ice than in the in-the-door ice storage, and the water pitcher is literally always full. The refrigerator is beautiful, but we have not received the panels, since we're in Hawaii and some things are just on island time lol. So far, we are very pleased with our purchase.

Great refrigerator. Love the dual ice maker, love the 4th drawer strictly for deli (in our house). It’s amazing. House of 5 and we all love it! Highly recommended.

If you are like me and want you kids to drink more water, the beverage section has a pitcher installed in it with auto fill setting. This is another great option for you loves one to have that cold refreshing water. Overall SAMSUNG BESPOKE functions to our family's desire.

Best Refrigerator I have ever owned! Was very sad that when I sold my house the new owners wanted me to leave All of my matching Blue steel appliances! I can't get it in the blue steel so I settled for mat black because I love this fridge!

Beautiful and Functional fridge, it’s a spectacular refrigerator. My only complaint is that there are no controls (temp, ice maker, etc) on the fridge itself. Everything has to be controlled through the app and the WiFi network.

This fridge is awesome, plenty of upgrades to make life easier. Don’t worry about the mix reviews, you can never make everyone happy. Samsung makes great products. Fridge has tons of space, the water jug is the best feature. Super sleek, ice maker makes tons of ice(took a day before it started pumping ice out). Had a 10 year old LG break and wanted something different. Came in to buy the one with the screen but then saw this and all the nice upgrades
