The only con would be that the "nugget ice" was being promoted as similar to "Chick fila ice, which it is NOT. It is only smaller ice cubes not the flaky crunchy type.

One of my favorite parts is the smaller ice cubes it makes and that there are two different sizes.

Just a couple minor dents and scratches. But great thing about the Bespoke fridges can order new panels. Fridge is huge. Love the 2 styles of ice. The bites really cool down drink fast.

I love the flex drawer but the shelving for me does not allow for optimal storage. My previous Samsung was really good in terms of being organized. If i had time i would have shopped a little longer.

The beverage center makes it easy to grab a drink of your choice. Best Buy team provided outstanding customer service.

Just a beautiful refrigerator. Nice and cold.

They appear to have solved this issue by putting the ice maker in the freezer and offering two types of ice. So far it has performed as advertised.

Great Fridge and Freezer, Flex Zone-not so much

Love the varying options for opening the doors and the bottom freezer drawer. The flex zone, even though it is set at 0 degrees F, does not freeze much of any liquid to a solid form. That is disappointing. Other wise we like the fridge well enough.
