Overall good refrigerator

Love the extra door & beverage center, but the water doesn't gill up all the time. I have to remove & place back in a few times. Same with the ice maker. Hoses are in tact so not sure what the problem is.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Samsung RF29BB8600QLAA. It's wonderful to hear you're enjoying the extra door and beverage center features. Regarding the water and ice maker performance, the intermittent filling could be linked to alignment or pressure settings.
For the ice maker to operate properly, water pressure must be between 30-125 psi (206-861 kPa). If the refrigerator is installed in an area with low water pressure (below 30 psi / 206 kPa), you can install a booster pump to compensate for the low pressure.
To assist further, review the troubleshooting link to help you identify and fix the issue with the autofill pitcher and the ice maker by following the hyperlinks and videos and selecting the best option that describes your experience with them on the links below.

Poor service repair.

I bought this item on January 16,2023, and have been trying to get the left door repaired. Everytime I have an appointment it gets canceled. I have black and blues on my back were the door keeps hitting me, because it will not stay open. They told me some one will call be back, well so far no one has called!

One problem with was the line that gets attached to the ice maker was broken but Best buy is giving me another.
