This is a nice fridge but gets to looking crowded and sloppy with just a few groceries. Love the automatic filling water

First fridge came with damage and did not work. Had to wait 3 more week. Current bespoke fridge is amazing. Service by bestbuy left me uneasy.

Looks great and work good bur not easy to keep up because of high maintenance. Not air refreshing inside and no anti fingerprint.

Had to return this fridge. Evidently they’re making refrigerator door hinges differently now and these doors open outside the sides of the fridge. I triple measured but what I didn’t account for was that doors now hinge out. Every fridge I’ve owned in the last 30 years evidently is what they now call a “zero-clearance “ fridge meaning the hinge point is inset from the side of the fridge. I didn’t ask for them to be that way they just always were. I know there were always some doors that hinged out but they were typically the single door variety and you could adjust the side it opened on to make up for it. On the double door fridges I’ve had the doors never stuck out this much. Now, if you look for zero clearance doors there are only a handful of models and they usually don’t have the latest features. This seems to be a shift in the general design of modern refrigerators. Short of taking down a wall or tearing out cabinets, I am resigned to having to buy smaller refrigerators or zero-clearance models. Measure with the doors open.

Very nice! snack drawer is easy for my kids to open, without having them open the whole refrigerator all the time!

We have been very happy with our Samsung BeSpoke fridge so far. The beverage drawer could be improved bht so other complaints!

If I had to say something bad about this refrigerator it would be I had to take out part of a cabinmate to make it fit!

Overall, we really like the refrigerator. I've had it for 1 year now, however, the center drawer literally cracked on one side of the drop-in container, and a few days ago the other side cracked. It's still under warranty, however, it's the same types of problems Samsung has had for about the last 10 years. While their designs and features have improved, the quality, eh, not so much. My previous Samsung was crap and while I swore off the manufacturer for appliances, we really like the Bespoke price and functionality.

Like the look and overall function of the unit. Maybe only a single ice maker in the freezer. Twin ice makers take up a great deal of space and limit the storage in the top shelf.
