Bought this unit and had nothing but problems they had to come to our place 3 times and finally junked it. It’s been such a pain with not having a fridge for over a month Support has been brutal. Could have been just a lemon ??? We truly did like everything about it. It’s just been a struggle

I did a deep research to buy a new refrigerator for more that I month, I my final decision was for this one and I don't regret, the refirgerator is beafutil and works like a charm,

I don’t have my item yet. The first one that i received was damage. And they keep sending the same one everytime they have have to replace the old one. I am tired to be sending the same refrigerator back and have not got mine yet. And the worst thing is that I have to start paying for the refrigerator even I don’t have it. I have being communicating with Best Buy, customer service of the card, citi bank and they dont resolve nothing. Especially the citi bank people are the most bad customer service ever.

the fridge is really nice the only thing is the ice maker does not make a lot of ice quickly.

The refrigerator has different temperature zones as I put a thermometer where my milk spoiled two times. The reading on the thermometer was at 50 degrees when the setting was set to 37 degrees automatically.

Items with a lot of moisture can freeze in the refrigerator, mainly when the temperature settings are very low or when the items are placed near the back and bottom of the compartment. BB SHOULD SDVISE CUSTOMERS OF THIS POSSIBILITY
I also bought a stove and I still don’t have it needs new valves as well….. did not foresee this problem therefore delivery is now scheduled for Jan 13

Has so much room from top to bottom. The soft serve drawer is amazing and I love the infuser pitcher that auto fills so you have a quick way to get more water.
