One of the cutest refrigerators we have use.. Looks gracious and elegant with variety of color options for frames. It is spacious inside , auto water fill is the best feature available apart from buzzing sound which makes when you forget to close the doors. It is worth the money

Beautiful fridge. I purchased multiple of these for commercial office space and everyone makes comments on how nice they are. Very spacious, great lighting, and like that the doors fully swing open...just keep that in mind for your space planning

I purchased this refrigerator after looking at a zillion. I kept coming back to this one. Fortunately, I was able to get a good sale on it. I love that the ice is in the bottom and can be scooped out. No more ice cubes dancing across the floor. I really like my beverage center. I usually make fruit-infused water; people can still get the plain, filtered kind.

So far so good. It’s a great looking fridge and has plenty of storage. The dual ice maker is nice, kind of slow at first but refills pretty quickly now. The draws slide so smoothly and quietly compared to other fridges. Would definitely purchase again and would recommend to others

Great product but wouldn’t fit due to how deep the doors are which caused it to need a wider opening than a regular fridge. Would be nice if that was mentioned in the description. We also wanted to return it while the install was happening after learning it wouldn’t fit. Installed acted like that wasn’t possible. So we had to set another appt and waste another afternoon.

So far I love my Samsung refrigerator but I do want to say it is new. The conveniences of this item are numerous and I am very pleased. Also it would be negligent on my behalf if I were not to praise Best Buy and their staff for this purchase. I never even considered this business in my quest to replace a refrigerator that failed. Bill Smitth staff replaced parts and then said they were the wrong parts and 2 weeks later I was still without a fridge. I was recommended to go to Best Buy to see if they could get me one...lo and behold a week or so later it was delivered and setup. I am very grateful to all involved and agian so far I am in love with it...especially the ice trays...never knew you could get two different types of ice from a fridge. Feel as if I have jumped into the 21 century for certain. Anxious to try out the swapping of panels.

i love my fridge … the process to receive was horrendous- i had been a long time customer of best buy, but this will be my last purchase. after many delays and partial deliveries/ i received my refrigerator in march - it was ordered in november. one scheduled verified delivery date left me with no refrigerator for my family of five and resulted in many daily purchases and take out order for nearly a month. no recourse given. insultingly offered a hundred dollar gift card. really? this was a 2500$ item. paid for in november and cost me a days work and over 1600& in food items. no one willing to give the address or number for their CEO - I decided she was most likely going to be no help if the employees can’t reach her. so they’ve lost a great customer and i know they probably don’t care- but another business will. bye bye less then best buy

Took no time to cool. The only draw back is the ice maker is slow to produce. And each time I’m in the kitchen I pull the ice from the back so the maker will drop more ice. The shelf space doesn’t allow for tall bottles, I have to lay those down. Ample space in the freezer.

Only complaint is no handles. So if you don't like smudges and finger prints, this may not be the one for you. The unit itself is great, love the water system and 2 kinds of ice.

I love it! Large size for both the refrigerator and freezer. Ice is easy to get to and the beverage center is excellent for easy quick access to water and other drinks if using the shared frig shelving as part of the door. The flex drawer for frig and/or freezer works well too for special needs

Great design, sleek and contemporary. I love having an optional ice cube size. The beverage storage is the best. My delivery and install was smooth, technicians were great.

Our previous refrigerator needed replacing and quickly too. We found this Samsung at Best Buy and it is everything we needed. The beverage center is very convenient as is the center drawer.

Good looking refrigerator with nice features, always-full water pitcher, 2 sizes of ice cubes, clean front , and lots of space inside. Doors close a little rough and very few places to put a gallon of milk. Would buy again because of the positive features.

Love the refrigerator. Delivery went smoothly and the delivery persons were great! Whole process from purchase to delivery was great.
