I would not recommend this for the price vs quality.
For 2300 I expect it to last, most of the bins have cracked, the ice tray, the fridge door bins, the middle drawer, and they sell it like everything can be easily replaced which is true but at 200 dollar a piece. 200 for each tray is not reasonable. The front of the fridge easily dents. Do not recommend.

Beware of Samsung Customer Service

I bought this refrigerator and needed to contact Samsung Customer Service today (June 6th). I was transferred 6 times and finally I reached the right department, and I was put on hold at 2:30pm and was on hold until 6pm! That is right OVER 3 hours! When 6pm hit I was disconnected from hold. When I called back, they said they had to call me back the next day (Tomorrow June 7th). If you are looking for a new refrigerator BEWARE...Samsung does NOT care about the people who buy their products!

Sick of delivery rescheduling

This review is not for the product but for Samsung US. I ordered this fridge and other items last month and their Delivery partner has rescheduled the delivery already 3 times. As a courtesy, I removed the doors from the garage side to bring the fridge inside and now getting bugs as and when I open the garage door. So sick.
But funny enough, the order status shows as "All items delivered and Installed" and on top of that they are asking about my experience with the delivery. So end of the story is that I have been invoiced already for something that never was delivered. And yes, if you request for call back you will get a message that you call back has been set for the next day. I am wondering if I already made a mistake.

Not worth it do not buy it

Do not buy one of the worst fridges. It broke after two hours of installation and when I contacted Best Buy, they said they would send someone after 4 days this meant that I would be without a fridge for 4 days. Planning to return it and look for something else

On Backorder until May 2024

I’ve purchased this fridge but delivery didn’t show up the day I took off work and afterward I was informed the it would take over 3 months to get my appliance. They harass me every other day to schedule a new time for delivery but don’t have the appliance in the warehouse. I do look for to the fridge when it’s available my problem is availability and service.

Doors DO NOT close properly

Doors do not close by themselves properly, need extra push. It is extremely inconvenient having to worry about whether doors are closed or not. With my older fridge I could have just given a gentle push and gravity/magnets would do the rest. Not on this one! Manufacturers installed a beeper because they knew that this was going to be an issue so if the doors don't close properly it starts beeping annoyingly. Stay away!

Sick of Best Buy lies!!! DON'T HAVE the product!

Please DO NOT purchase this refrigerator from here, I repeat please DO NOT purchase this product! Best Buy DOES NOT have the product and DO NOT know when they will have it in stock. They HAVE CANCELED delivery 3 times since we paid for the product in September and keep telling us to pick another appointment time.

Terrible support

Product seems OK, but arrived with a manual that doesn't explain how to operate it. When I try to register on Samsung.Com for the warranty and to get more operator info, Samsung.com doesn't recognize the model number or serial number. BestBuy says to contact Samsung and Samsung requires you register your product to get support.
Let us help you to register your appliance for its warranty and provide its operation manual.

Ordered and scheduled delivery 2 weeks in advance. Delivery company called twice to confirm approximate time that they would be delivering 2 days before delivery. Never showed up on delivery day

Great design, but...

Refrigerator is beautiful, but dual ice maker frosts unit, ice storage and top freezer drawer frosted over within 2 days.

Class Action Suit Against Samsung Refrigerators

Do NOT buy a Samsung refrigerator. They ALL have a known issue WHERE YOU HAVE TO DEFROST THE REFRIGERATOR MONTHLY. Not the freezer, the refrigerator. There are several class action suits.

Idiotic design

The most idiotic refrigerator I have ever used. You have to open the door to access the water, and stand there for half a minute while a tiny, tiny stream trickles out and releases all of the cold air from the fridge. Useless.
We appreciate you taking the time out of your busy schedule to write an honest review on your Samsung refrigerator model.
The minimum speed and amount for the water to dispense should be 6 ounces in under 10 seconds. If it takes more than 30 seconds you may want to follow the steps outlined in the video and link shared below.

A few factors can cause an ice maker not to work. If the ice maker appears not to be making any or enough ice, low water pressure or a faulty water filter may be to blame. Also, the ice maker can make 10 pounds of ice a day; it can only hold 2 pounds of ice at a time. Once the ice bucket is full, the ice maker will stop. The ice maker can make approximately two trays of ice every 3 hours. Please see these links for details.
