Only minor downfall is that you have to constantly pull the ice forward in order for it to trigger to make more. Only a slight inconvenience when you need a lot of ice at once.

Did the exchange and received second refrigerator, it’s faulty interior camera second time. Samsung replaced the part later but didn’t expect the product to be faulty twice. I am not sure if it’s my bad luck but I would expect the product to be well tested before delivery. It’s unnecessary back & forth with customer service follow ups.

Each time they had to be reordered and they were on backorder both times. The process of finishing this refrigerator set up has taken way too long (multiple months) and isn't worth it.
