I haven't had this very long so I might have to come back to review again later but this fridge is really beautiful. It is much smaller than my previous fridge so it's taking awhile to figure out where to put everything, but it's nicely designed and I love the freezer set up. With all the drawers I am able to separate foods by type which makes everything easier to find. I am loving the sparkling water dispenser because that is what I like to drink anyway. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this Samsung does not have all the problems my previous model had. I chose Samsung again because of the number of positive reviews this particular model received and because there weren't any others that appealed to me as much as this one. It is much more quiet than my previous Samsung model. I haven't heard the ice dropping at all.

Very solid made refrigerator. Keeps consistent temp. Was a bit pricey at the time for what features it has. Don't even use the soda stream function - at the time was the only refrigerator (counter type) that fit the area I had. Small inside shelves on the left side of frig are basically unusable - too small to put anything in them. The refrigerator makes a lot of "noise". unfortunately it's an "open" kitchen so can hear it in the family room.

The four door design of this refrigerator is beautiful. Gets wows from all who see it. It's also a benefit that there is a convertible freezer/refrigerator section so that you can change the use depending on your space needs. Love that this model has a soda water dispenser instead of just plain water in the door.

We love our Samsung! I thought my Super markets produce was inferior however after getting a new refrigerator I've since learned it was my old refrigerator. While it's counter depth it's plenty of space! It keeps strawberries over a week. Prior to my samsung I got 3 days before they started to wilt and grow mold! I love the soda stream and use it everyday however the design of the water system is annoying. I have to always make sure the cup lines go under the spout or it'll spray past the cup. I have to use my hand to press the water because the angle is poorly designed. Also the drip pan constantly falls out when hit the wrong way.

Love the 4 doors and temperatures. Soft close drawers are great! Looks great!

internal shelving is not "right sized" so all bottles, milk, juice, etc. have to go on doors which is where, traditionally, condiments and "lighter" items go. Door slams, i think, as a result of added weight.

This fridge is very pretty in my kitchen. The ONLY reason I give 4 stars is because I feel like the Co2 cartridge should come with the fridge at this price. Otherwise I am very pleased with my purchase.

This fridge cools fast and does it all! Some of the controls are a little too complex in my opinion and less intuitive than I’d expect, but for a fridge that seems to have the technology and options of a spaceship I can’t complain.

This refrigerator is part of the Chef's Collection and offers enhanced controls on the three separate sections of the unit. It's very attractive and matches the rest of the suite of Samsung appliances. I'm still getting used to the configuration of the counter-depth and French doors. The sparkling water dispenser is a feature that I underestimated--use it often.

We purchased this fridge prior to Labor day. We had to wait as it was back ordered. It was MORE than worth it. It looks amazing in our kitchen and runs wonderfully. Space is enough for our needs (although we do have a 2nd fridge in the garage which helps). The bottom 2 doors are very useful, as we use the flex section as a fridge. BestBuy even credit me when it went on sale, but I had to argue with several sales reps for the discount who didnt understand simple math and deductions.

I am very happy with this refrigerator, I like all the features, particularly the sparkling water feature. I have received positive reviews from friends and family.

Very nice looking refrigerator. I had a side by side, so it’s a little tough to get use to opening bothe sides.

you can custumize lower compartment. theres a pantry to restore marinated meat. i love the soda stream feature as well

We have had the new fridge for almost three weeks and are very pleased so far. As other reviewers state, there is not a lot of room for tall items, if this becomes a problem for us, we will remove one of the top shelves to give more room. Food seems to stay very fresh and we are happy with our purchase.

Love this fridge!! It is not only beautiful, but the perfect size!

A little pricey but an excellent product.. Once lugged in It quickly got up to the specified temps which are displayed on the door all Food items are easily segregated and accessible.. The two below freezer drawers are great and one can be utilized as a refrigerator. If needed. We also went out and purchased the selelzer bottle Which works fine.

This is the best refrigerator ever. It comes with pretty big size and beatiful design on both in and out.

My husband was the one who decided that he wished to purchase this item. The finish on the model matches the oven nicely and frankly is just so much nicer looking than the regular stainless. Less cold looking. The "chiller" compartment is a wonderful adjustable option. Only draw back is that you can not fit inside the upper compartment numerous tall items. Once our clean water filter jug goes in not much else will fit as the back of the compartment seems to slant at the back. You need to rely on the door space which is next to nil on one side due to the water and ice dispenser.

This refrigerator is sleek. It compliments my new kitchen perfectly. Can't wait to test out all of the features!
