This chef collection line is so nice and great looking. Great features too

This is going into our new house in about 6 weeks. I think we are going to love it.

An excellent refrigerator. All high tech features are functional elements making the fridge an easy to use, more spacious than similar size fridges due to a good space organization. Topped with the soda making features.Plus its looks are great.

Very pleased with appliances. Support from store and Samsung exceptional.

Replaced side by side and this is much nicer. Doors easier to access.

Looks great but ice maker did not work - instead of fixing on site, they are sending a new one. Makes no sense to fix a minor problem with an expensive replacement.

Bought it less than a month. Fits perfectly in the kitchen. Spacious than expected. Loves the features. Kids love the sparkling water. Great performance. Much good looking.

Not only a nice looking appliance but extremely functional and versatile. I am very average in terms of technological expertise but I was able to use every function immediately!

This Samsung chef collection fridge is great, we bought it solely for the seltzer water feature. This is one of Samsungs elite appliances, and as such was supposed to come with a complimentary in home tutorial. Apparently Samsung quit doing that and only offers this service on there "lesser" models...the ones with the giant tablet in the door. Anyway the ability to switch one of the bottom units between fridge and freezer is great, and with the top panel this fridge has the built in look. It is super quiet, and has been great so far.

Its roomy and fits nicely into my kitchen. I wanted a counter depth fridge and this model was thousands of dollars cheaper than others.

This is a very nice fridge, we needed the smaller counter depth size. We have it for a month and love it.

We purchased this refrigerator during the time Best Buy was offering an additional percentage off scratch & dent appliances. We had been researching chef series refrigerators for a while but due to the pricing had not purchased one. When we came across this one at our local Best Buy, we were thrilled! We continue to find neat features that we did not even realize that it had. Overall we are very happy with the refrigerator and with Best Buy for having it available at such a great price.

The refrigerator works fine and the unit looks nice but the ice maker does not work. Best Buy has been out several times to repair or replace it but to no avail (I have the extended warranty). When I asked about a replacement of the refrigerator about a year ago I was told the ice maker was not essential to the functioning of the refrigerator so it would not be replaced. The repair guys taught me how to fix it, but the fix only lasts a couple weeks. I got to the point that i gave up on having an ice maker.

Quiet and spacious very pleased with the purchase.

Fridge is very good looking. Looks neat and compact, lights look very cool. Button panel nice, small, functional. Minus 1 star for useless shelves behind the left door, tiny can't really fit anything but tiny kids juice cartons or pouches. Minus 1 star for weak soda stream machie. Carbonation is not the same as soda stream machine. On the fridge the level 3 carbonation is about the same as level 1 on the soda stream machine. If youre buying for soda water, don't, it's not worth it. But the freezer drawers are nice and smooth. Using my extra fridge and freezer to store most other foods.

This refrigerator is exactly what we needed. It is shallow; so we don't lose food in it. It also has some awesome functions like the convertible freezer/refrigerator section. We got it right before the Holidays so we defrosted a turkey in it and then chilled our beverages for our guest. Great feature
